Hi! Thank you for this gorgeous build! I'm unfortunately getting an infinite loading screen trying to place this lot.
These penthouse lots are troublesome. Which way are placing it?from the world view or do you load the lot first then place the build? I’m going to try it in a new save to see if I can isolate the problem oh and can you try to place it on a non penthouse lot to see if that works ☺️ sorry it’s not working for you

I didn’t mean to delete my first comment. But I found a work around. I changed the lot type to residential then went to managed worlds. Then went back into build mode and places as a residential. Once place I changed the lot type. This is the only fix I could find. Sims is so glitchy
I hate that you have to do all that just to get it to work, I feel like the penthouse lots are so buggy
