Found the cause of infinite loading screen

So, there is a new bug (well new for me) that is causing the infinite loading screen when residential rentals are placed on penthouse lots. So if you are using my save San Myshuno may not work for you.

Here is a link about the bug if you are experiencing this problem: https://forums.ea.com/idea/the-sims-4-bug-reports-en/cl-ls-white-screen-when-loading-world-with-penthouses/12605482
