Building NPCs to Sleep With
Complexity & Chaos Theory in Procedural Generation (AKA: My Approach to NPCs)
First of all, I want to say thanks for all of your kind words, I really appreciate your support. It's hard to express the kind of effect it has on me as a creator, but it means a lot to me. A big part of my anxiety has been worry about possibly letting people down, so your reassurances really help me deal with that too!
Before I get started on NPCs, let me share this, which is a result of your feedback on setting attractiveness settings. I think it'll be a fast and clean way to handle those complex settings. ^_^

The walk to China starts with just 1 step (unless one is in China already). One step made is one step nearer to the goal, and it looks like a great goal!
Oh, and I have to say, the slider solution is supremely elegant. Love it.
Glad to hear you're pacing yourself (or trying to) better. It bodes well for long-term commitment, delivery and patronage. :) Keep up the amazing work but please don't kill yourself doing it.
Out of all the ppl I donate to, you have got to be the most productive. You keep everyone involved at every level. You ask for feedback, you show notes, you even explain when you run into snags and try to explain (in non-programmer terms) how you built a work-around. We all feel part of something electric... I do not forsee a "let down" but trust that if it does happen, you have accumulated enough sweat-equity for it to be excusable.
As a former patron of Breeding Season, Simbro, Wootch, Nergal and Fapcom who all are either dead or dying I agree with you. Difficult to find such.
I love the slider!!!!!!
