Should Lily reveal she's Liam to Faith
What do you think, depending on response I might alter story a bit.

As soon as possible. If he was turned and still has some version of the soul, he could taunt Faith with that knowledge. You're the author and could avoid that, but that would hurt Faith to the bone when she needs to hunt. She needs to know ASAP so it can't be used against her and Lily has read enough evil villain books to know that things come out. Again, you could write differently but we need to go with what Lily would know and she's made references to books.
Telling Faith what Lily is has to be done, Faith asked her because she is sure that Lily is not a human. But telling her who she is, could be stretched for a few chapters depending on how Faith reacts to that information. But for 2 reasons she also should tell her because this would be the logical way to go for finding Liams body faster. Faith could have ideas how that potential exchange happened. Not telling would hinder that. The secound reason would be, that telling Faith the truth would help Lily emotional. So at least she has one person where she can talk openly about her problems and just vent about everything that happened. She would need someone to tell.
