My wife actually works for OFCOM (UK), She's actually explained to me that anyone in the UK who purchased and fulfilled the original criteria for the first beta. Is legally within their rights and backed up by OFCOM to contact Patreon and Steam and request a full refund of all pledges and pre purchases made to Project Helius. They have broken their terms of contract in so many ways its actually comical. I personally had enough last oct after 0 response from their contact info, but decided to give them till the end of Feb when they said a new beta would be released. Shock........5/3/23 nothing but another emotionless response, delaying it further and then going against what they originally said as to who would get it. So anyone from the UK and tbh around the world, claim your money back as you are well within your right to do so. I used to love this company.......They've gone to total shit in the last year....No idea why.....Such a shame.

I said it once, I'll say it again. If you want this game, unsubscribe. As long as they are making money on patreon to develope the game, why should they release the game? They can just get paid forever to perpetually develope and not release it. Only if we ALL unsubscribe will they have to release it in order to make money off the actual sale of the game.

Patreon is based on Pacific Standard time. (They are based out of California USA) So 48 hours would make it Wednes at 4:40pm Pacific Standard time based on the time of them posting. Add 24 hour max on steam and that puts it at 4:40 pacific standard time. So based off that, 9 hours max for it to show up.

I hope we will see more frequent update after that especially if you are going through this "battlepass" economic system (in a p0rn game...)... Even if i expected a solo strategy game with pr0n stuff, i will continue my support... for now. But i really hope the game developpement will be more focused and better handle.
