The coronavirus death rate is approaching 10% in Italy. Don't underestimate its lethality - Spanish flu's mortality rate was 2.5% at its peak and it killed more than all of the soldiers and civilians killed during World War I. What is worse is that just like Spanish flu, this virus may become even deadlier after mutating for a few months.
Stay at home. Wash your hands. Covid-19 is a respiratory disease so wearing a mask outside does add an extra layer of security.
Pay attention to your life, lest you may pay the price with your life.

Was announced for Monday on Twitter. So I guess expect it to be out by somewhere towards the end of the week or maybe next week if we're keeping to the usual schedule :D

At the same time, people drop from all kinds of affections that have no apparent cause. Because we didn't know about it. If we didn't have the know-how to map out a genome we'd think this was a bad flu. Italy is now retroactively looking at older cases of pneumonia, comas, heart attacks and bad flu because it is quite possible that we didn't take all of them under consideration. It it likely to go down when all is tallied? Yes. Can we assume it will? No. Remember, as best we understand this, we do not have permanent immunity and the tally keeps growing every wave. This might be a "per year" tally so overall the chance of one person to get the heavy shove doesn't end with this wave. We simply don't have the info.
Except when the spanish flu happened doctors werent wearing plastic and hospitals didnt even have penicillin. Not saying anti biotics would help im just trying to explain how long ago 1918 was.
