UI Overhaul and Neo England Colony
In-game UI will be completely replaced in update 0.22 for more consistent and refined aesthetics. The introduction of dynamic sprites will make it easier for players to focus on interactable elements thus prevent confusion.
In Operation Lovecraft the maps outside of Archimedes Orbital Station are on the surface of Yuggoth, a once prosperous colony named Neo England.
Neo England is consisted of 4 areas:
Neoburyport, the orbital transportation spaceport
Neo Innsmouth, a mining town neighboring a sea composed of heavy water
Neo Arkham, the residential area and commercial center of the region
Remaine, a blanket term including the alien city ruins left by the long extinct Mi-go race and the wilderness surrounding it.
These are also the 4 initial levels which will be introduced to the game, each with their own set of maps, enemies and events.

Out of curiosity, do you ever see flesh launch support for the game?
Fleshlight Launch and other forms of Haptics technology is the pinnacle of Hentai Games. One can only hope that Project Helius will jump on this and work with Kiiroo and Fleshlight in the future. Fleshlight Launch is the first, but as the designers boldly go into this new frontier, other companies will follow. Soon, 3D modelers will have to devote time to fully modeling out orifices in significant detail for their female characters so that the hardware can properly recreate the feelings of getting a handjob, blowjob, vaginal sex, anal sex from virtual avatars like Erika.
Are we going to be able to walk through and explore the levels or are they just background?
Mostly background. Spending resources on creation of an open world for a porn game is to put the cart before the horse.

Actually i feel that one of the reasons why members feel the disconnect is that the images in the main landing page for Project Helius hasn't been updated for a long time. It is still promoting and showing FD as the main draw rather than OL. That means people who join the membership expect to get FD and continual updates because that is the impression they get when they back this game. To make the expectations more congruent to the current developmental plans, maybe the main landing page can be updated with more OL images and concepts so people who join knows what they are getting into too. My 2-cents. But keep up the good work Bro! 😊

A sex game works better in a right context. You can see it from Japanese mini rpg games. A simple sex simulator can get bored real quick. Do what you guys believe is right. Don't waste the amazing graphic already been done.I believe development team has the ability to combine it with a mature game system.
The game aspect of this project is too ambitious. Just give us more scenes, girls, clothes, and sex poses.
I'm not sure if I should deprioritize the development of the base game and OL's story mode. The community is kind of divided on which route to take. I need to give this some thinking.

Ancient city reminds me of Beksiński and H. R Giger stuff which perfectly go with lovecraft theme. Also love that sci-fi base too!
