what i want to know is why i cannot unlock wedding dress customisation, i have 622/600 on elizabeth carter and 609/600 on dr.anya but no option to unlock as with previous affinity tiers.
The wedding dresses are not part of the game so far. So you can max out your affinity, but don‘t get the final reward for it.
