Winter Freeze Tag update!

Magic Freeze Tag gets a winter update!

-New seasonal winter decorations (fitting for an ice-themed game right?)

-Reworked freeze/unfreeze code, so it's super fast with barely any lag

-Runners get a teal gem above their head, so you can always find tiny or invisible runners

Hope you enjoy this update! This new look will be around for at least a month but not forever, I plan to return it to the spring-time version sometime around February I guess?
