[Mod] Club Management - an in-depth Sims 4 mod for managing clubs and additional club system options

It started because @Waffle's Mix-Ins got me curious by querying in the void "for someone to figure out how to assign a club to [hangout at] 'any venue' " (which isn't a thing per se but with some workarounds became one)... And then development kept going and going because I looked into the club system more and found many things I wanted to do, a number of which have never been done before and were thus irresistible.
FEATURES (usable from any Sim not just club members / leaders):
Add member to club, remove member from club, change leader,
change gathering venue, set several venues at once as hangouts for club, unlock more possible gathering venues
change club schedule,
limit club hangouts to worlds,
add traits to club membership / small business / custom venue filtering options,
start / end any club gathering anytime (as background NPC gathering too),
prevent active household sims automatic gatherings, change maximum clubs per Sim, change maximum Sim per club (though not in the ea UI side to avoid conflicts), and more!
add / remove encouraged and discouraged activities
@Waffle's Mix-Ins was super helpful testing the early build version and 🔗 made a video explaining more about clubs and some key features of this mod as well as 🔗 a written explanation post.
It's so hard finding good testers and he has single-handedly made the process of finishing this complex mod much faster, for which I am grateful!
I don't know of any conflict at the moment And conflicts are overall very unlikely for this mod but it doesn't mean there could not be any.
DOWNLOAD & Installation:
1 - remove files from previous versions, if any, EXCEPT the json data file, keep that :)
2 - REQUIRED: Lumpinou's Toolbox Library-Mod.
If you don't already have it, grab the REQUIRED "Lumpinou's Toolbox" Library-Mod here (alt: here), and put it into your mods folder or one subfolder, NO DEEPER.
3 - grab the .package file and ts4script file from this post (link below), and put it into your mods folder or one subfolder.

Hi, how do I stop the "Welcome to Club management" pop up from showing up every time I load new areas, or go into CAS and come back to live mode?
Hi, it will show only once, if it is showing several times, there is likely a problem with your setup causing the data file to not generate
hey! this mod seems amazing :D but when i try to change the settings from the action menu, nothing changes and i also get a message in the cheat box saying "name: 'do_cfg_log' is not defined" i have the most recent version of toolbox installed and all your other mods work for me! is there any way i can fix this? thank you! :)
Did you get the toolbox version from *this* post? Are you sure you only have one?

This is AMAZING!! I can’t tell you how many times I wish a mod like this existed. I can finally create all the clubs I’ve dreamt of. Jet setter ultra rich and famous club, here we go!
Does it overwrites MCCC option to increase the number of club members? I put 16 there ands I'm not sure if I should put yours in 15 or leave the standard option
Hi, you are safe to leave it as it is in your MCCC settings, i made it so that my mod changes them only if they are lower than what is set in it exactly to accommodate people who might use options that allow for a higher maximum, as for the reason why I capped my option at 15 is just for safety because people who have poorly performing setups are safer not setting it too high I hope this helps 😊

This has been a game changing qol upgrade to the club system. But it’s got me wondering and I’m not asking for this addition I’m just wondering if it’s technically possible for *active sim* clubs to meet on a schedule? Like if you’re at your home lot you get a pop up to automatically start the club gathering at a certain time?

I downloaded it and it wouldn't load my family and kept going to the world. I deleted the old toolbox first and downloaded the club management zip but it caused errors.

I am again feeling that the one coder who can give us new gameplay functionality that is thoroughly tested and supported and saves us from the disaster that is EA is you!!! This is so amazing and I know how complex and detailed the programming of it must have been. What a blessing you are to this community!!!

This is the most useful mod! I've been struggling with my clubs and trying to find mods to help me manage them. This fits the bill! Thank you so much. If I can make a request - is there any way to make traits selection better? Sometimes I want multiple AND traits and sometimes OR. I'm not able to do that. It used to work that way a while ago and then they made changes.
Hi and thanks, the traits are a 'must have any of them' per EA's system and as far as I know that's always been the case It's not going to allow an AND selection in the ea ui (though ui modding is a thing, it's just so unstable I prefer to avoid it when possible), and while that could be shoved in somewhere else (in a mod menu etc) as an independent piece, it has the risk of causing confusion due to the mismatch in the two places. So, something to consider, as of yet I'm not saying yes and not saying no
