Hi everyone,
EA changed stuff about the sim object tuning, leading to breaking the 'take pregnancy test" interaction (and other places doing tests on pregnancy commodity object states, such as pregnancy discovery and more).
The point is:
if 'Take pregnancy test' Has vanished from your game, that is why. This happens unmodded as well as modded. There's even an 🔗 EA thread about it here [huge thanks to DolphinWishes for pointing that out to me!!!]
If you want it back, install the file attached here, until EA fixes the problem.
Looking more in depth into the root cause and making a broader fix is necessary if they don't fix this super quickly (because there are various places in the game and in mods where this is used), but right this minute what most people want back is "Take pregnancy test" and pregnancy discovery, so here's that back while I keep looking at things.

Hi, my game is suddenly with this issue (version 1.124.63.1020 DX11). Would it be possible to get this mod again to check if the fix will work? I've already tested removing all mods to see if it was a conflict, but even with vanilla the pregnancy test option does not show up and I was wondering if this fix could work for me, in case you still have it.
Hi, no it wouldn't, as whatever problem you're having is not the same as what that file was about fixing

i ant see any file to download and in game the mod only lets me ask a partner if they are pregnant, no other interactions

Hi, I would suggest trying with no mods installed on a new pregnancy. Then adding mods back in one by one

Hi, usually installation problems. I'd recommend removing all rpo files except setting dghen starting over following installation tutorial

Hello, so i deleted the mod, reinstalled it but no a orange message appeared “ MISSING REQUIRED MOOD PACK FILE” so i downloaded it but still doesn’t show “take a test. Nor the relationship tab. Help plz 😩

It is not working for me, i downloaded it , put it in my download file, restarted my sims 4 and did woohoo and it still didnt come up with the take pregnancy test option on the toilet
OK, assuming you have a mod that makes Woohoo give pregnancy risk, if said mod is not of the rpo collection, try with only the fix mod installed and do try for baby, you probably have a conflict and this would reveal it. If it's rpo m2 that you use to cause Woohoo pregnancy risk, you can leave all your Mods by me as they wouldn't be the ones conflicting, and test with the fix and that, and observe

Rpo M7 has 'tell sim you are pregnant with their partner' / 'slept with their partner', and more such interactions and systems are planned for the next M7 update

My sims haven't been able to do any woohoo actions since the last couple of days. At first I thought maybe it was a glitch from one of my sims being a ghost, weirder things have happened with pure vanilla due to "I can't walk there" glitches and stuff so I originally thought nothing of it. But then I decided to start another household and they also aren't able to do any woohoo actions. Is that maybe connected to the pregnancy stuff being bugged with the new update? I've just got your mods, a mod to let me have more household members, and LittleMsSam's calendar tweaks. Also, while Mod Hound says that everything should be up to date, I also use cursed forge for mods not from you since formats for various modders can throw me off and it says that there are 2 things that can be/need to be updated but one of them seems to be unrelated to each other and only one is yours.
It seems I also can't have a discussion about adopting, either. They don't even talk, when it comes to the given actions (woohoo and talking about adopting) the game just deletes the action from the list of things to do.
I can't cheat a pregnancy now :(
Honestly my biggest issue right now is the family preference aspect of it. The majority of my sims do not want kids and now the option to change any of their wants and preferences is completely gone

I'm still not getting a pregnancy test option after downloading this. I only have a small amount of mods ww, mccc, and some from littlemssam and they've all been updated 🤦🏼♀️ not sure what to do 😞.

I have lost 80% of my pregnancy interactions and downloaded this new patch and still nothing is working. I deleted all of your mods and reinstalled the latest ones but still no luck.
Hi, Yes, it's the EA bug, it affects a ton of tunings and if the pregnancy is already started and discovered before you install this, it won't solve the missing stuff for that pregnancy
Ps… my sims can’t even try for a baby anymore the option doesn’t even pop up… they really messed up
That's probably the same cause also as there's a test in try for baby that's similar. I'll add it in here tomorrow if they don't fix that whole thing by then (EDIT I did add it)

Hi, Check that you updated the files that were updated and that you turned back on mods in settings. If that's all correct, the rest is due to the EA bug

Hi, take out all your Mods that weren't confirmed fine with the patch and see that way
the M14 had a bad tuning mod, i put the error in discord, but no one got back to me, i was wondering if there is any update on that one

That started with the one before this patch. I actually thought maybe you changed something and I had to enable it (and was too lazy to) so I was just using MCCC to check. But thanks for letting us know!

Yeah - unfortunately as fortunately, the game is extremely complex, and everything tends to be interconnected sometimes in unpredictable ways. It's basically impossible to retest every feature that exists in the game at every patch, so things can easily be missed I assume. Same thing happens when developing mods - Bugs are expectable - BUT, what we want to see is quick action to fix them - that's where in the past there's been less than optimal behavior, to be sure.
