Chipsa is back online :)

Good news (hopefully) - I’m coming back.

Because of internet speed issues and connection problems in general, I’ll probably be slower than usual for a while. Re-downloading my entire Sims setup took me THREE days… which tells you enough about how “great” my internet is going to be for the next three months.

• Another good news — I’m currently working on Magnolia Promenade and Windenburg for the medieval save.

• More good news : I’m planning to finally learn how to make animated decor sims and start creating them myself. (You can also leave your ideas for animated decor sims below, maybe I’ll make some of them first 👀)

• And very good news : I made a really cool dance animation.
  The video only shows an early draft version. I improved it later, and now it looks much less stiff and plastic.

• I also want to experiment with Chinese and Ottoman/Oriental settings.

  While I didn’t have access to my computer, I watched a lot of Chinese dynasty Sims let’s plays. I was especially inspired by BardSimmer. (I’m secretly planning to draw Asian-style maps for her worlds… but shhh, I have no idea when I’ll actually finish them.)

  Oh, and by the way , have any of you watched The Legend of Jewelry (“Chasing Jade”)?
  I was literally screaming from excitement while watching it. I sat 5 cm away from the big screen because it was SO beautiful that I wanted to examine every single pixel of this masterpiece. Highly recommend.

  I also watched many let’s plays inspired by Suleiman and the Ottoman Empire. It’s not completely my thing, but wow… everything about it looks absolutely beautiful.

• You also might be interested in pretty sims-characters with 100500 pieces of custom content in different historical settings.

I finally sorted my mods into historical and thematic categories, so creating everything should become much easier now.

• Bad news : I still haven’t learned how to clone myself. I have way too many plans and absolutely no idea how to fit everything into one lifetime.

• And of course… there’s also my internet speed, which currently competes with a snail :)

Now I’m going to slowly figure out what’s happening here and hopefully this post will upload successfully))
