✏️19.3 Cordelia's Refuge
The orphanage, founded by Princess Cordelia, known for her adventures with pirates, is located in a forest on a hill. Surrounded by trees, it looks like a cozy refuge in nature, where children find care and joy.
The orphanage is run by a kind woman who ensures that every child is warm and safe. Here reigns a spirit of freedom and fun, in memory of the carefree and kind princess.

Please confirm if we need to install all of these mods first or if it contains them in yours.
Why isn't it just the mods and tray files like all the others? Theirs a ton of extra stuff that is totally unnecessary in the zip file.
Any chance you could change the name? it will overwrite the other file. This happened with the Monetary too. The files are the exact same name for the lot and family.
oh, thank!! I'll remake!
