NEW DOC: The Past, Present & Future of Soul Reaver
YOUTUBE LINK: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZN16KVrEP8Q
Hey Patrons,
This one is coming in hot as we had some last minute production issues we needed to get resolved. We've spent on-and-off about 6 months collating this one so we wanted to make sure it launched in a manner we were satisfied with.
The documentary is not just about the development of the original game, but explores the reason why it's become such a classic, why it has such a passionate community, the work to keep it's legacy alive over the past two decades, and the future of the franchise given all this recent activity from Crystal Dynamics.
Hopefully it's a celebration of a special franchise for fans of the game and something to pique interest to those of you who have never played them.
Also there are chapters!
0:00 - Intro
3:30 - The Originals
13:38 - The Legacy
23:12 - The Community
30:47 - The Archive
40:05 - The Remaster
50:20 - The Future
59:24 - CREDITS
Let us know what you think!

First game I have been in the credits for! Happy to support what you guys do at No Clip!
Danny, you and the team are my heroes. Documenting game development I find very important to the idea of game preservation. Thank you for all you guys do!
Thank you I'm so happy to see a full documentary about the game. It's very interesting to see archives vidéos and tapes . Thank again and now I pray to have a remake (because the concept art they show in the remastered are really stunning!!!)
I grew up with this franchise and it made me who I am now. So you can hardly imagine how grateful I am for this. I thought I knew everything there's to know, but this video made me gasp in surprise at one point. Beautiful work, thank you so much! What a time to be alive for a LoK fan, after all hope was lost
The cherry of top would have been footage with Amy and with the original voice actors, Simon and Michael. But one can only dream, I'm sure Amy is a very busy person.
Congrats on getting this out! I can see you've all been working really hard in the run up to Christmas and hope you're all able to take a well earned rest!
