Sorry for the 1-Day Delay... The Machine Spirit Decided Otherwise
Alright, brothers and sisters... I owe you guys an apology.
I hate doing this, but I'm going to need one more day before I upload the build.
The game is technically finished... but once I started a full playthrough, the Machine Spirit immediately reminded me who's actually in charge.
A few lovely examples:
Some story progression conditions are broken. You're supposed to investigate and talk to the crew first before the "Take Action" options appear... except the game decided, "Nah, have everything right away."
A handful of events are missing progression variables. You finish a conversation... and the game just forgets to count it.
After adding the new Quick Travel map, integrating it across the .rpy files turned into a nightmare. It's connected to a ridiculous number of files, so I've been opening them one by one, hunting for typos, duplicate code, and anything else waiting to explode.
Rather than forcing it and begging for the Emperor's mercy, I'm asking for just one more day.
I've been running on sleep deprivation for the last 3–4 days getting this update ready, and I'm honestly not thinking as clearly as I should. I'd rather spend one final day playing through the entire build myself and squash the remaining bugs than release something half-broken.
moment I finish one more clean build...
Boom. Upload.
I really hope those of you who have some free time tomorrow can help me hunt for any remaining bugs that I might have missed during today's testing.
In the meantime, here's a little sneak peek of the new Quick Travel system. It's finally working.
Sorry again, everyone.

I feel the taint of Chaos!
Running sacred diagnostics. No traces of Chaos detected anymore. A full scan will require one more standard day. Praise the machine spirits.
Some percussive maintenance always aids in negotiations with the machine spirits
hahaha… lol! Might work. It definitely works on my Nintendo.
