[New Files] Darth Malgus Armor and Mask files are here!
Armor for one of my favorite Sith Lords of all time has been added to the August Specialist rewards folder! This set was really fun to do and would be a great opportunity for some TPU sections or some foam multi-media. This set includes both the armor and mask of Malgus, allowing you to cosplay him across multiple stages of his appearance.
The Mask files include:
- Pre-separated into 14 keyed parts for easy assembly
- Bambu Studio Project and GCODE files
- Multiple variants for lights/electronics
- Sizing slice to help with scaling
The Armor files include:
- 54 pre-separated individual parts
- Pre-cut parts for smaller printers
- Default scaled for someone 6' tall 220 lbs
- Multiple variants for lights/electronics
Hope you all enjoy!
- Aaron

You need to be 7 feet in order to be proportional accurate to Malgus' height
dont see it where is at?
Wait you said you were doing Darth Krayt armor next dang that'll be sweet 😉
Alright I tried the sample size for the mask, and it's incredibly small! I'm guessing you need to either use some kind of lil strip of elastic to get that on or something. Sorta hard to do a scale sample for something THAT small.
Sweet any chance of the new version of the praetor armor from dark revelations(doom)
Oh dam, that's super cool. I actually missed all the OG SWOTR days but I'm familiar enough. This looks like an epic villian character. I look forward to the remake of SWOTR to catch up :)
Incredible looking set 👌👌👌
Dude. I’ve almost bought this armor set from someone a few times. I’m so stoked I never pulled the trigger. G.A. Projects are always top notch. Now if we could get a Tulak Hord armor set I’d be set. This is awesome. Thank you G.A.!!!
Great motivation to work out and shave my head
This is awesome. Love the Jedi from TOR.
YES!! More SWTOR love!! Plus a cosplay for us bald guys!
If only I was 6 ft tall and jacked.
well you can always take care of the jacked part.
YEAH!!! Let’s go!!!
I was having a really shitty day till I seen this notification thank you for making my day better
Me too. Just found out after $10K in repairs my vehicle still needs $5500 in more repairs cause the first shop lied. Then this gem. Now me and my dark side are smiling.
Such an under appreciated Sith! I'm so stoked! I need a functional saber hilt for him!
Oh shit. Bald guy cosplay option??
I love Darth Malgus. Need more Star Wars the Old Republic stuff for sure
Nice! Tulak Hord next?
Most likely some Revan armor
