[New Files] The Fallout NCR Power Armor Files have been added to the July Specialist rewards!
At long last, these epic files are ready! They do come with a bit of a disclaimer though - I've got a moral issue with releasing files for giant 3d printable deathtraps. SO, like giant suits of armor in the past, we've included foam templates for some of the large and simpler aspects of this armor - I highly recommend a mixed media approach to this armor set. The helmet files have also returned as part of this month's Specialist rewards!
The files include:
- Pre-separated into 72 keyed and interlocking parts, optimized for 3d printing and cosplay
- PDO Foam Templates for the following pieces: Abs, Biceps, Chest Plate, Codpiece, Collar, and full Gauntlets
- Pre-cut parts for smaller printers
- Fusion Core files as a free inclusion
- Default scaled to typical Human proportions, for show accurate scale, please scale upwards according to your desired dimensions
Hope you all enjoy! This set in particular has been a lot of work, modeling, doing accuracy passes, and making the foam templates for your safety - so please leave a comment or share if this is your jam!

Just returning from San Diego Comic Con, my son looked amazing in his HD2 Armor. Now we are gearing up to build this NCR Power Armor. Incredible work you all do!
This is what im talkin about! This is what we've been waiting for babyyy! Seriously though this is my most anticipated release of the year. Cant wait to get to work on it.
No PEP legs? or did my DL bork
Sorry for long comment but would it be possible for the other T series armors from fallout 4 to be released. As the disclaimer for large armors go what if you designed the power armor frame, like in the game to allow the armor itself to attach to it using magnets or other means.
Thank you so very much!!!! Maybe you guys could do some of the armor from the new He-man movie. Weapons were amazing and skeletors staff would be awesome
I'm ok with with a 3d Printed Death Trap, they can just bury me in it. All joking aside, its always interesting watching people try to make the "lift" of the feet out of 3d Printed parts, honestly 200 lbs person, plus another 20-30 lbs of upper armor etc, Dont know if it can really hold with "consumer" stuff.
Viewing this as a giant death trap is fair, but I'm glad you include a full printable anyway. Being able to downscale this for 1/6 action figures is going to be a fun project.
Aaaaaaaaand now I know what I'm queuing up to print after I complete my set of H3 Hayabusa armor! Sooo sick! 🔥
Hell yeah!!!
THATS SICK IVE BEEN WAITING FOR SOMTHING FALLOUT THATS AMAZING
My god
Oh finally, I have been waiting ever since the helmet was released, time to get to work
I can’t wait for the T-51 if you get the chance.
