MKay, so I was just randomly scrolling through all your old stuff and now I NEED TO KNOW what this computer is and where you got it! Is it from a pack? Did you create it? WHERE DO I GET THIS THING?!! I need this little typewriter in my Sim-life lol.

Well, the game have babys who don"t have carriage or stroller who functional like walking pushing the baby and not like a crib or high chair... So frustant

Hi! I know I'm kinda late with this post, but I'd be so thrilled if you ever consider of making any of these happen: A Due date Overhaul! Featuring premature birth / going overdue + induced labor. So basically, sims would now know their due date, or the time that there is left. Maybe they could find it out when having a checkup, and they could finally share the date with others when asked, so players could finally see a real response! Sims expecting could also find out if they have a risk for premature labor. So when they hit the third trimester, they should avoid certain tasks, stress etc. If the labor still starts too early, there could be somekind of complications occuring. The other possibility would be going past their due date. When that happens, sim could get an x amount of time to get their labor started, like exercising, woohooing etc. If not succeeded, they should do something like get to the hospital/call midwife to induce the labor medically. I think that fake contractions/braxton hicks could also work well with this add-on, especially when sims are past their due date. I would also love to see a new walkstyle that could be used when sims are very uncomfortable on their third trimester, or when in labor, where they are trying to support themselves or something similar. ...Aaand then I have this little extra one: -Vampire pregnancies and craving for plasma! This is such a waste for not being in the game already, but human sims expecting a vampire child would have a craving for plasma fruits and packs. Normal food would be eatable, but not that much desirable anymore. Also vampires being pregnant could crave more of a fresh plasma directly drank from a sim, for I would think it's more "healthy and nutrious" than the ones in the packs. Vampire breastfeeding woudn't be surprised anymore for their baby's fangs, but rather content that the kid is "normal".

like taking your infant to get the shots afterwards and things of that nature.

I think realistic IVF would be really cool to see. I know sims can get IVF with the RPO mod but i would love a more detailed version where sims can go on hormones, going for checkups to see progress, get their eggs and sperm collected, even the option to be able to freeze them. This could be good for same sex couples as well especially 2 female sims getting IVF like having a donor sperm and one of the sims eggs put in their partner. Peoples suggestion of having another sim be able to breastfeed the baby could work well here as well so both mums could breastfeed the baby which i see many of women doing. I dont know if all that would be possible but i would love to see it being an IVF baby myself. I love the idea of premature babies and sims being able to be overdue as well. Your work is amazing thank you for all you do.

To my dearest PandaSama, this mod you created is already one of my essential mods, which undoubtedly enriches the game content a lot. Thank you for your care, patience and hard work. In the future, would you like to add such as: - "Helping Your Partner Apply Pregnancy Oils" - or "Helping pregnant partner massage sore waist/legs, ankles" - and "Helping a partner soothe a fetus" -Will there be added content such as "remind partner to take a deep breath/help partner wipe sweat during labor pains" in the delivery options? In my personal opinion, having these interactions seems to sweeten a laid-back game time. Thank you for your creation, every time I sigh: this game is much more interesting and rich because of your participation! If possible, I will always support you on patreon, looking forward to every new content you create!

i would love infant toys, clothes, and baby monitors

I would LOVE some new infant toys, its so needed. I would also love maybe some gender reveal type items? Like something that will surprise the player too. Obviously it would probably only work for singleton babies but maybe an object that releases pink or blue balloons based on the sex of the babies

I think something like pediatric care after birth would be a nice addition. Something like you take your infant or baby to their regular doctor visits (rabbit hole most likely) and get updates on their growth, health, and if they are on schedule with their development. Your Mods saved my game<3 can'tplay my game without them

Here are way too many other ideas unrelated to pregnancy complications that may be completely unrealistic to make lol Infant furniture, like swings, walkers, saucer activity table thingy Teaching infants to walk (as a prequel to aging them up to toddlers) Take bath with infant Skin to skin time with infants Twins able to sleep in the same crib? Sleep training infants Co-sleeping for toddlers and infants - (I know it can be unsafe for younger babies but it can be safe for older babies/toddlers, and useful for historical saves or sims from other cultures) Diaper rash + diaper cream/baby powder Baby acne, cradle cap, skin irritation/ breastmilk as a remedy for these, as well as a baby lotion. Weaning from breastfeeding, pacifiers, weaning from pacifiers Nipple cream, like lanolin, breast pads, and latching trouble. Lactation consultant (or possibly added to the midwife role to be less complicated) Infants preferring bottle or breastfeeding, making the other option more difficult Better animations for breastfeeding newborns and infants? if you have wicked whims the BG animation looks kinda weird. Use boppy pillow during breastfeeding? Breastfeeding moodlets: feeling thirsty, back hurting, "stop pinching my other nipple,"gratitude if they struggled with milk production or latching, weariness if trying to wean, etc Older Infants and Toddlers able to drink from bottle unassisted Option for breastfeeding moms to pump while at work Moodlets when going back to work after having baby Different baby bump sizes/ (idk if this would screw up animations, but would be super cool if do-able) Trouble sleeping in 3rd trimester. (possibly body pillow objects?) Birthing center lot trait with both hospital and homebirth functions available, (this is because the GTW hospital can be buggy and I wanna make a pretend hospital lol) Ability to work as a midwife Restricting sims from walking after getting an epidural, maybe ability to eat while in bed/catheter to take care of bladder need. Having to pay for hospital visit, diapers, wipes, formula, etc?

At one point I wrote down a bunch of ideas of birth complication ideas /sorta how they would work because I wanted to make a mod for them. (despite the fact that I have none of the knowledge or skills to do so lol) If you ever wanted I could send that to you, it just seemed like too much to comment unprovoked lol

What about a animation between romantic couples where one partner is kissing the other cheek and rubbing their belly at the same time? Instead of the Kiss Cheek option that happens randomly between romantic partners, but it’s a kiss cheek and cuddle belly? Maybe a new interaction with infants between parents? Bond strengthening? So many ideas!!

I know. Maybe this is a crazy idea. But I usually play historical saves and I wonder if is it possible to make another Sim breastfeed, but not your own baby. I think about wet-nurse (I don't know if it is a correct word, I found it in vocabulary).

infant toys would be great, i think it would also be cool to have more positions for childbirth like all fours and maybe the sims can pick when they are having a natural or home birth what position they want to give birth in. some more things to help labour start could be cool, maybe drinking rasperry leaf tea could bring on labour and make them dialate more quickly!

More functional infant furniture would be cool. Like walkers and jumping chairs and such. Maybe those little push toys that infants use to learn how to walk.

I’m sure it would be a lot of work, but I would love to see more variations of the birthing animations that would be chosen/affected by the pregnant sim’s relationship with their birthing companion (like romantic partner vs. parent vs. good friend etc.) and maybe even the involved sims’ traits or birth want. And even within those categories, there could be slight variations to the animations that would be chosen randomly just to help each birthing experience seem more unique. But even without these, the mod is AMAZING as is, so I definitely want to thank you for all the work you’ve put into it so far!

i love your mod! i would (as other mentioned) more child birth positions... but i would also love more interactions with people who arent the other parent, like maybe the older siblings getting involved somehow.

Hi there! First thank you so much for your incredible mod and the enormous amount of work and dedication you put into everything you create. Your creations are absolute must-haves for me. Would you please consider doing something IVF related? My husband and I are saving up for it right now and I'd love for something like that to be represented in the game. I know we have "science babies" but it's almost insulting how simple EA made the process seem. I'd really love to see more infertility representation if at all possible. Thank you so much for your time in reading this and thanks again for everything you do. You make the sims 4 playable. <3

I would like to see a "am I pregnant?" moodlet after the sims is nauseous before they take a pregnancy test. And it would be nice to have the hospital natural birth animation available at home with a partner or have the midwife be able to do that animation at home. Your work is absolutely amazing!!

I think it would be cool if we had more toys for infants or update some of the toys for infants to use like the xylophone. Another idea is kids to be able to help feed infants on highchairs with the infants spitting out food onto child sims. Making child sims feel sad or angry depending on their traits. It would be cool; those are just a couple of things that came to mind.

i would love the midwife to be expanded on. maybe once the sim gives birth they can call a postpartum midwife/doula to come help with the baby, household tasks and postpartum care (breast massage to increase milk flow, foot reflexology, etc.) Also some added socials for midwife/doula that the sim can ask and even get a response for a couple of them.

I know you mentioned this before but I think a toddler breastfeeding mod? It most places in the world it's normal for babies to breastfeed until 2.5yrs old so I don't think it's weird at all! Or maybe a mod that allows you to breastfeed kids that aren't yours like for gameplay, like back the day for royal families wet nurses and stuff.

I’d really love for the birthing partner to have more of a role if possible. Like assisting the pregnant sim with the walking / exercising, asking the doctor for updates, going for snack runs? I feel like a lot of the time they’re just hovering about unneeded

I would love if we had animations for multiple babies for the Homebirth option!

Another couple ideas just came to me..for the natural delivery, maybe have the obstetrician deliver the baby from the foot of the bed instead of the side..and for c-sections, the partner could put on scrubs

Braxton hicks contractions and Wearable pumps that sims can use while out and about and that fill at a slower pace than the manual pump. It would be good if we could make bottles with formula while out for the day (this could be done by having the option to prepare bottles from home that just have water and no formula added at this point; we could fill portable milk formula dispenser storage containers from the large formula container at home and put that in our inventory/functional bags. our sims could then quickly prepare bottles while out by adding formula from the dispenser into the bottle with water and shake the bottle to complete. These formula dispensers could have 3 compartments, so a full container can make 3 bottles. Also storage container should be reusable so it doesn't just disappear from inventory. It would be nice if there was interaction to wash this container, wash bottles and also sterilise them in a sterilising machine.) Also buying bottles/bottle sets should be necessary so we can't just make bottles without having first purchased them, and we can only make formula by having clean Sterilised bottles in our sim inventory or fridge inventory. Infants should be able to autonomously develop a feeding preference on their own and our sims should be able to wean breastfed babies and maybe have some challenges when trying to transition infants to the bottle.

I have always loved realism for storytelling, maybe stillborns and or premises could be an optional additional file, and the addition of alternative birth centers IF POSSIBLE would be lovely. Thank you so much for the beautiful masterpieces you work so hard to give us!

Please more toys and beds. The ones in game stink lol! Also what if you did an actual baby shower where there is a reveal with balloons or a gender cake, gifts that are actually baby gifts. You are incredible at what you do!

I would really love if the infants could drink their bottle on their own once they hit the "sit up" milestone. 🥹

I would love to see NICU babies and still borns but if its a hard challenge that will take time I totally understand but I'm really hoping for the different births to be in the doctor career I would love that

I do think the premature births thing is a great idea and I also think maybe the chance of a stillborn would be interesting too, like if a birth emergency happened there was a chance the baby would be stillborn too

I'd love if we had premature babies! The size might be hard to scale but having a baby at the second semester (I was at 29 weeks!) would be cool! It'd have a moodlet or a trait on the baby for being premature, and the birth giver could feel fear when pregnant again? There could be a risk of complications after birth with a chance of either birth giver or baby to pass away (my brother passed at 5 weeks after his premature birth, he was born 25 weeks.) So perhaps something like that? We love your designs and mod so please have creative freedom! And take lots of breaks!!

It is already incredible but I would very much like the possibility of a premature and unexpected delivery with the possibility of calling the midwife urgently at home. also that there may be one or more of the babies surprised during delivery. Thanks in advance and keep it up!

💗 Love the update 💗 Maybe a new branch of the mod where a baby can be a preemie and it has to stay at the hospital for a while and it comes with different buffs and whatnot or can cause stress for the couple. Or maybe you can include something with the lactation mod where the mom isn’t making enough so she has to use formula ( which could affect her confidence level ) or she has to change her diet to produce more.

I may have a bug, but when my sim is having an ultrasound, her partner won't go to her and hold her hand like in the sample pictures (that, on the other hand, i might have dreamt of) 2. A stroller! for both babies and toddlers, if it's functional it would be seriously awesome 3. Maybe having different sizes of the baby bump, depending on the sim anatomy itself or the number of babies, would be cool 4. An option to keep the pregnancy test on the inventory and being able to show it (besides the cute animation of the partner going to the bathroom when she's taking it --- by the way i might have that bugged too, because it only happenned once for me and in the same family with the same parents in which she had 4 pregnancies); or even frame them to use them as deco. Same with ultrasounds! i know you can keep them, but an option to show them from the inventory and not the friendly menu... 5. More moods and different moodlets for the pregnant sims! What about an option to go to lamaze class alone or with a partner (that could be a rabbit hole) but then the option to sit on the floor and practice lamaze at home. Or it bugs me that pregnant Sims in the game can't do yoga. So maybe the ability to do pregnancy yoga.

Would love toys. Would also love a birth notice that shares the baby's weight, length, gender, and maybe time of birth? Could just be a pop-up and would love if it showed when you hover over the birth cert. Am really excited about the random, different dilation times!! :)

Hello, I use a lot of period drama themes with my sims and a natural birth delivery (lying on bed) at home would be great as well as a chair pose delivery. If your interested and want to know more I would suggest looking to period films and tv shows for inspiration! Love your work!

Hello. :) So first things first: I LOVE your mod and can't play without it anymore. :) I wanted to ask if it would be possible to add more occult animations and problems. For example, if a human sim is pregnant by a vampire, there can be complications in childbirth. And that this sim might need to drink plamsa bags while pregnant to help feed the baby? (yes, maybe I watched too much Twilight because of my daughter. *laughs* And maybe if you don't drink the plasma bags, you'll always get exhausted very quickly and eventually lose the baby? My daughter looked at me in astonishment and said: But as an optional option, please. Not all are Twilight fans. ;) Or when human sims are pregnant with werewolves that they can suddenly become aggressive, or angry for no reason, or sometimes feel a slight pang in their stomach like the baby is trying out its claws? Or if a Sim is pregnant with a mermaid, that they suddenly have a special attraction to water, take more baths, or go swimming in the sea more often in Sulani. Or want to eat fish. A sea birth of a mermaid in Sulani is not possible, is it? Unfortunately, I couldn't think of anything about the aliens and the magicians. :( Or maybe a Sim pregnant with an alien will go out more at night and look at the moon, or use the telescope to look at the stars, or something? For Example: A Sim is pregnant according to the test and at the ultrasound it turns out she isn´t. 4. Sim needs surgery due to a complication where she may lose the baby 5. 1. Telling the entire family or selected Sims all at once about the pregnancy 2. The fathers being called to go to the hospital for delivery if they do not live with the mother 3. Unexpected early labor and natural labor changing to a c-section due to extended labor or complications with baby or mother 4. Having an option for two people in the delivery room with the doctor being at the foot of the bed instead of the side 5. Mom and baby can stay up to two days after delivery in the hospital after c-section 6. Family and friends come over to meet the new baby 7. Having a cut the cord moment for dads 8. Working at the hospital as an Obstetrician instead of a doctor, and getting called into the hospital for emergencies with the option to join the sim 9. Family showing up at the hospital and waiting in the waiting room during active labor, then allowing them in to meet the new baby afterwards 10. A huge THANK YOU for all you do. I absolutely LOVE all your mods!

Infant toys would be great, your toddler toys are fantastic! Interactions between the siblings would be lovely. Activities pregnant sims can do like yoga and birth preparation that help the mood during birth then - There are a lot of ideas in the comments. Choose what appeals to you, that is the most important. You need to like what you do and don´t forget that you are doing amazing work and have every right to take a little break now and then ✨☕

Heyy, I got a few ideas Perhaps Baby monitor to alert parents when baby, infant or toddler is crying (For the sims that have nurseries on the other side of the house) Also, maybe a Labour and Deliver section in the hospital that could be downloaded from the gallery. (It would be nice for a sim to go to a hospital room prepped with a bouncing ball, a bath to help relieve pain and more..) Lastly, I know we already have infant carriers, but maybe an option to wrap the infant on their chest, while complete daily tasks... idk if that makes sense lol Just an Idea, Love this mod so much!!

I’m loving the new update so far! I think some features to represent the struggles of postpartum would be amazing! E.g mum wearing a diaper for the first couple of days, uncomfortable moodlets from walking, sitting and going to the bathroom. And maybe moodlets for the partner sim during this time e.g feeling inspired to help around the house more and making the postpartum sim feel as comfortable as possible. Potentially even having a bed rest moodlet after birth for a day where they feel happier when laying in bed.

More family interactions would be awesome! maybe opening an option that could allow sims to experience miscarriages for storytelling simmers. but I totally get if that just not something you want involved. looking forward to seeing whatever you decide to dive into next!

Maybe more interactions between pregnant sims and family (other than the partner) like some family reacts bad, beyond just teen pregnancy. Or just more interactions as a whole with family. Ask parents for advice?

I had a C-section three weeks ago, and it feels off to me now that it’s just one person doing the surgery? There’s usually like 6 drs there for me when my sims go to give birth so maybe making those other sims like part of the birthing team if that’s possible? And also c-section recovery would be cool too! I was bed bound for 3 days after delivery as my abs were healing so maybe some moodlets regarding that would be cool?

I hate to request it, but what about stillbirth? Like make sure it is able to be enabled or disabled for people who can’t deal with that happening.

Maybe you can make some interactions with pets and the baby bump??

Hey just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work because it has enriched my game (even had to extend the pregnancy duration b/c so much can happen). A few suggestions would be to have breastfeeding skill that'll be cool to see if u can gain success in breastfeeding. Also a weaning period especially with toddlers. It would be nice if toddlers could breastfeed, but also see the process of them being weaned off too. Prepping the family for the new arrival: showing kids and toddlers the ultrasound pic, cuddling the kid/toddler in rocking chair or couch in prep for the baby or reassuring them if the baby has arrived. Of course pregnancy activities 🤭🤭 like pregnancy yoga, cuddling with partner in bath tub, help to shave in 3rd trimester. And if we can have obgyn appt. With the ultrasound machine. For instance in the 1st confirming pregnancy and number of babies, measuring belly, est due date, birthing options (u don't have to choose)bloodwork esp if they want to know the gender; 2nd- measuring belly, see if baby is growing right might have to c-section if baby is to big or it'll be better ti have hospital birth due to risk, gender confirmation, etc. Finally induction methods certain activies can cause the contraction moonless and too many can equal early birth. These are just a few 🤭🤭

I’d love to see parents being able to read to infants, toddlers, and kids cuddling with them on a sofa or on the floor, kind of like we saw in sims 3.

I would love if more sims could attend a birth! Right now I can only get 1 Sim to accompany a birth and it would be nice to allow more :)

I don't know if this is possible (I don't mod at all) but I think it would be cool if sometimes sim's ankles would swell when they are pregnant.

These might be really weird requests but I would love if you could expand the pregnancy test a little to where they could buy boxes of different kinds, maybe even fertility trackers. I would also love if they could have the pregnancy tests as an object that goes in their inventory with every use, and the option to frame the positive ones? Weird, but I think it could be great for storytelling, especially with the use of other mods that affect fertility. I would also love more pain relievers for lactation, including some more "folksy" options like using frozen peas or cabbage leaves to reduce swelling. I would also love the ability for the newborns to come home with wristbands that could be framed, or something like that. Maybe a baby book. IDK, I just love the realism of this mod and I would love more little useful objects to enhance the gameplay. Even a baby monitor that functions or different kinds of pumps with varying results. If you really wanted to go crazy I'd love an NPC pui yuet or Chinese confinement nanny that can be hired for maybe a day or so after birth to help care for the baby and even apply postpartum wrappings to the mother's abdomen to help reduce weight loss and swelling. I feel that your mod has already improved my gameplay so much that even without these options it's still amazing and I can't wait to see what you come up with next.

Maybe something along the lines of a midwifery skill to assist with natural births? Also maybe more partner/family interactions - like telling others they'll be a grandparent or sibling? Love the mods, keep up the great work!

I think it would be cool and realistic to add pregnancy complications other than miscarriage. Whether that’s issues they develop during pregnancy or after.

This mod is just indispensable! And there's lots more you could add, like more interaction with the partner during pregnancy, disgust or craving for certain foods, more nauseas, contractions that start long before delivery, gym in the pool...

Yeah do some pregnancy yoga poses/stretches they can do daily and some they can do with their spouse Also maybe let a sim randomly either go through a great afterbirth mood or go through a post partum depression kind of thing and have their partner comfort them through it. Also upgrade them to have more pregnancy craving for specific sims meals/food or even uncommon foods or produce like fresh cow golden cow milk or something lol.

Would love to have more appointment based stuff for my pregnant sim, really adds to the realism! Maybe even a lamaze type class??? That our sim (or someone else) could run and have all the mamas sit on the yoga rugs? I dunno. Or maybe more newborn based stuff..They're so lacking.

I would love to have a playable doctor that delivers babies. I know that when you did the voting pole it didn't win but I would love to have that as a career option. That or some occult stuff like some different animations for different occult births. I love what you are doing thank you so much for creating this mod. ❤

My requests aren't new, but since you asked 🙂... I would love to see animations added for multiples during home birth and I really, really, really don't want my neutral about having a baby Sims to get super sad moodlets and animations when they have ultrasounds/announce their pregnancy. I don't believe neutral was intended to be sad. That happening has ruined neutral for me and previously it was a nice gameplay feature. Anyway, you know how much I adore this mod and appreciate all your hard work! Whatever you do next I can't wait ❤️!

A stroller for infants and babies, please! Taking the opportunity to congratulate you on your work, it's simply amazing!

Please do the NICU mod. I’ve been dying to get something like that. Maybe adding some more pregnancy, birth, or newborn complications would also be nice. Thank you for all your hard work.

As always thxs for all you do and did. I would be interested in a few things. 1. Birthing complications like, Braxton Hikes contractions- where you have to go to the doc & get sent back home. 2. Breach Births- where you get a pop-up saying you need c-section & the menu reappears where there is a option for emergency c-section. 3. Bed Rest- where if you're up to long your need drop fast! 4. A foot massage animation from partner during 2nd-3rd trimester. And if all else fails I would be happy with infant toys like a bounce chair or automatic rocker. 🫶🏾

I love so many of the ideas already posted, especially a stroller for both infants and toddlers.

I would be interested in post birth " woohoo options" like woohoo is grayed out for a few days to allow healing. Maybe the ability to give birth at a birthing center or having your sims be sent to a post birth retreat like a moodlet like Boram healthcare.

I love this mod so much! I've definitely been craving something like this for a long time, especially the idle animations and couple animations. Personally, as a mostly occult player, I would love something along those lines.

It would also be really cool to have some sort of mod were when an infant is laying in a crib an adult sim could give them a pacifier which would help them sleep! Maybe you could make a pacifier object that you would place down from CAS and then in live mode the player could click on it as the infant and select ‘use pacifier’ and this could result in then being given a buff that could last for maybe 3 sim hours (I think I read that cas accessories can be tied to a buff) during those 3 hours the infant will have an accessory pacifier which will help them sleep (sort of like how the crib mobile helps them sleep) and then once the 3 hours is up the buff will go and so will the accessory pacifier? I’m not sure if that’s possible I’ve only ever tried to mod a little but it would be really cool 🤍

This is very random but I would loveeee to have toddlers be able to sleep in normal beds I would love to have my sims toddler sleep in the double bed with her mum. If it’s too complicated to have the toddler use the bed maybe it could be a separate item like a pillow that could be placed on the bed (similar to the pillows you made for the home birth) if that makes sense? Probably a long shot but I love the idea. I would also love to have my sims be able to take naps with their infants and toddler much like real life, sleep when the baby sleeps 😂 maybe it could be similar to the ‘nap together’ you did for adults. As for infant toys I would loveee a baby bouncer 🥺 I also think a swing would be a super cute idea maybe one of the little ones that are used more to rock the baby to sleep but park ones could be cool too! Sorry I know a lot of these may not be possible I’m just putting lots of ideas out there 🤍

I've metioned this before, but would love a gender reveal event/interaction! I love the ultrasound aspect of this mod and would be cool to find out the gender through hosting a party and throwing confetti or something.

Is it possible to create a mod to take your baby on a stroll in a stroller? Like be able to go to other lots with the baby in the stroller and they stay in it until you take them out so that you can do play dates at the park with kids and the infant/toddlers have the option to stay in the stroller so the parents can interact

I would love to see different variants to the current interactions that way have, like it would be cute to see the spouse/partner faint if they have the clumsy trait…or a way after the pregnant, some finds out, she can actually throw a pregnancy test in the trash and if the spouse walk past the trashcan, they can see it and look shocked and confront the pregnant Sim

The belly hug interaction is absolutely perfect! I would LOVE to have something like that between not pregnant couples. Oh, and thank you for fixing the game with your WONDERFUL mod!

Maybe adding onto the lactation system where toddlers and infants can have a preference to either formula or breast milk. Also if possible could add support for multiples in home births, as well as a more platonic bed birth animation. And maybe an animation for toddler breastfeeding.

I would love to see more interactions like the nap together one. I really miss couples being able to just hold hands while they are sitting, stuff like that. More special interactions not just between couples but families too. Related to pregnancy or not. I would also LOVE to be able to do some of the infants interactions with toddlers like hold them to take a nap, breastfeed, carry them on the backpack. If toddlers could just use the infant cribs would be great, I don´t know if this is easier to do, lol! I also miss a lot special interactions between parents and their children when they are already adults. Also between parents, they can´t talk about their kids. I´m just throwing ideas, ok? No clue if any of this is doable, hehe!

Along with the nicu maybe add a percentage for early labor like 2nd trimester labor. and they would have to stay in the hospital two days in game for the baby to grow. also another thing postpartum stuff would be nice to see and more supernatural pregnancy stuff too!

What about birth emergencies even if they’re having the baby at the hospital? I know we can have them for homebirths. Maybe labor is taking to long or there’s complications with the baby and they need an emergency csection?

I don't know if it's possible, but could you add babywearing for infants so that it works more like one of those slings you wear instead of like the backpack EA added? That and a stroller.

The baby heart monitor thing that you can use at home to hear the baby heartbeat, and sometimes things will be fine and sometimes you wont be able to heart the heartbeat so you go to the hospital to make sure everything is okay, or not okay. hospital visit for your infants after they age up from newborn, moodlets for heartburn, and acid reflux pills to take for heartburn, and being uncomfy from sleeping when you're in your second and third trimester, pregnancy pillows, I would absolutely love more toys for infants/toddlers

i think new infant interactions would be really cute!! like rocking the baby (somehow ea didnt make this..) or napping with an infant if thats possible, maybe add teething?

Some new labor interactions and birthing positions would be absolutely amazing. Also maybe a confident moodlet if a sim gives birth without an epidural. Fantastic work as always, you're probably one of the best Sims modders out there! 💕🌈

Hey, I love your work, it is absolutely amazing how you’ve spent time on what I feel is a must-have mod. I love the idea of yours where you suggested a dr career could assist other sims in birthing, or if you could help a sim from another household give birth. Otherwise, a stroller, a front carrying pack (ie not a back carrier) and some infant toys, like a stacking ring would be lovely for infant or toddlers. Only some ideas that might be an inspiration to another idea at a later stage :)

An option to take a nap with a maternity pillow, take prenatals, sim and/or their partner rub belly oil on their tummy, find a way to hear the heart beat during the ultrasound? Receive a prenatal massage on the table or by their partner?

I love the suggestion that was made of more interactions from the partner also some realistic complications and some more birthing moodlets your mod is my favorite to play with thank you for putting so much hard work into it its Truly incredible

Hey Panda! I think you should add things before the labor, like prenatal vitamins, packing the hospital bag, a new animation for when the birthing partner gets scared, research names on the computer, exercising while pregnant, maternity pay and longer maternity leave, get things for the baby, etc! These are just some of my ideas :)

It would be great if the unassisted birth was "fixed" so the babies don't come out fully clothed. Or if the baby model was updated to match the infant update.

thank you for all the work you put into your mods!!! they’re so amazing and i refuse to play my game without them! i’ve been having a problem with the lactation mod - it doesn’t let me put the pump into my inventory. i wasn’t sure if there was something i was doing wrong, but i’ve tried to place it on any kid of surface and it still doesn’t work :( i was also thinking a good idea would be to make pumping autonomous! thank you again for all your hard work; you’re appreciated!!! <3

hey panda, more social interactions from the birthing partner would be good, like options to remind the laboring sim to breath through the contractions, talk to the belly, things like that anyways, your birthing mod is amazing and now a must have mod in my game play as i play with family alot.
