Modding Diary - Prison Mini Game

Hi guys! Hope you all are doing well! ☺️
I spent the last two weeks working on a mini game for when sims goes to prison for child endangerment. When sims are arrested they can be locked away for 5-7 sim days. It's quite a long time so I made a series of pop ups for you to decide how they will live out their prison life. A card will pop up every 18-24 sim hours. I had just finished writing all the pop ups and there are a total of 70 cards. Turns out writing 70 cards with 3 options each while keeping track which card leads to which can take a considerable amount of time 💀

Your sims choice will decide how long they are in prison for, how they come home and whether they will escape.

There's lots of opportunities for sims to escape and sometimes it can happen in completely unexpected ways. For example the card below appears when another inmate asks your sim to hide a 1kg bag of "protein powder" for them, and there is a chance your sim becomes super strong and break down the prison walls to escape if you decide to eat the whole thing.

Most choices does not have negative consequences but there is one option that can lead to your sims death, and I hope its obvious which option it might be 👁️👁️

The writing is intentionally non-serious and focuses on humour, as the main purpose of this mini game is just for laughs. I was heavily inspired by the game called death road to Canada. (also i totally wrote that last sentence twice didnt i)

Some other things that might happen during your sims prison stay are: escaping and coming home through a UFO, becoming the warden's best friend, bring home their art works, Giving birth to an baby, getting beat up, coming home with a crab tattoo, putting yamachan in prison etc. I dont want to spoil the mini game too much because I want you guys to experience it first hand. Next week will likely be spent completing all the moodlets related to this prison mini game, and creating all the souvenirs sims can come home with.
