Preview April: 930 Medina Studios

This apartment was built around the idea of a space that feels collected over time — open, slightly unstructured, and shaped by everyday life and creativity. The loft combines living, dining, kitchen and workspace into one continuous environment, while the elevated levels create quieter, more personal areas.

You’ll find a small art studio, a teen bedroom, a balcony, and a more private master suite with its own bathroom, all connected through soft transitions rather than strict separation.

If you’d like to explore the full build or download it, you can find everything on my website.
