🗽 August on Patreon – Let’s escape to New York City! 🏙️

This month, we’re packing our bags and heading straight into the city lights – because August is all about New York City! 💼💋

Together with Simsshira, I’ll take you on a dreamy little Sims trip to the Big Apple – and I’m so excited to show you the two brand-new builds I created for it:

💫 NYC Brownstone

A spacious, stylish villa wrapped in greenery and full of character. Think: cozy sun chairs by the pool, blooming garden beds, three dreamy terraces and a hidden home cinema in the basement. Inside you’ll find bold colors, eclectic furniture, a vibrant kids’ room and even a creative studio for your Sim’s inner architect. This house was made for my Simself – so it has everything I love and need! 💚

🌆 NYC City Lot (64x64)

A bustling slice of urban life – filled with food trucks, rooftop cafés, a yoga studio, small shops, basketball courts, brownstones and, of course, a fully furnished Airbnb-style apartment waiting for your Sims to check in. There’s laughter in the streets, movement in the air, and stories waiting to be told.

Whether you’re looking for peaceful moments or a little chaos, this city has it all – and I truly can’t wait to see your Sims exploring it.

Let’s make this summer one to remember – together, in the heart of NYC.

With all my love,

Katelyn 🤍

Update:

Hey loves,
a little update for you about one of the collabs I had mentioned — the one with my lovely friend Simsshira!
We had planned something really sweet and personal together, and I was genuinely excited to bring it to life. But as you might guess, real life sometimes gets a bit too loud: Simsshira is deep in wedding prep, juggling motherhood, and struggling with a broken game (CAS won’t even open 😢). So for now, we’ve decided to put the project on hold. Whether we’ll pick it back up after her wedding or let it rest for now — we’ll just see where life takes us. 🤍 There’s no pressure, just lots of love between us and a mutual wish to create something beautiful together when the time is right.

Thank you so much for your kindness and support — it truly means the world to both of us!
