Finally fixed a major annoying bug that took too much time to solve.

Blinking/Glowing Artifact produced by Cloths Border & Hair is Fixed.

Artifact Removal Latency & Artifact Removal Pixel Bias Sliders are removed as they are no longer required.

I opened the link in private window and its works, manually copy pasted and that also work. I am using microsoft edge.

I have verified, new link is working fine, try to copy paste url manually. Sometimes mega do this.
