Arkveld - Early Access - Release Candidate

This is the release candidate for Akrveld, because I still have not been able to finish the craft of all pieces, and I cannot test it properly (RNG Jesus abandons me). So I would be very grateful if you guys could help me to test it, look for any weird problems, and clip over the options, things that do not work well when matched with other armors, etc.
