December Grab Bag of Mystery: Cinema Therapy After Dark - Jingle All the Way
Welcome to the first in a (maybe) new series - Cinema Therapy After Dark! In this show, Alan and Jono are forced to do their jobs with no preparation whatsoever, reacting to (subjectively) terrible movies chosen by crew members David and Brad. This week, the guys are subjected to the cruel and unusual punishment of Jingle All the Way.
Viewer discretion advised. This show does NOT have the content boundaries of typical episodes!

Oh man I used to love Jingle all the Way as a kid.
The fade-ins of the agent from Dexter, oh my god my side hurts
I am literally crying from laughter. Thank you so much for starting this. I love David and Brad please keep doing this!
Oh, so much more to come!
PLEASE KEEP DOING THESE
MOOOOOOOORE! 🤣
MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORE
Ts so peak 🥀
More, please! 😁🩵
I laughed so hard at this! This is how my life is in my head if I had you guys in it. Just non stop quip, double entendres and all around fantastic vibes! I would watch more of these!
I've never seen Jingle All The Way, but this was amazing! PLEASE do more.
"There is no bad Swarzenegger impression because he's a bad Swarzenegger impression" words to live by XD also yes PLEASE make this a series I beg you
More!!
Hahahahaha. I love how unhinged this is!
Yes please! this was GREAT!
This was SO FUCKING UNHINGED - more please. This was ridiculous
My dream has always been to be on the channel as a contributor, but now not only do I want this to have its own channel I want to be on that one more 🤣
More after dark please!!
It's fun to see you guys be silly and unhinged, fair play to Jono for still trying to keep his therapist hat on! I think it would be cool to do these as a semi-regular feature, like maybe one every other month so it isn't adding too much to your plate?
Do more!! It is actually quite creative way for both Alan and Jonathan to use their work skills. But love the fact Dave choose a side character to test it out.
Please please do more!! Would love to see you guys do Morbius!
Yes, more. More now please. Thank you.
This was unproductive in the best way. More please.
Love this, you guys are hilarious!!
More After Dark, please. :)
DAVIIIIIIIIID! And now Brad too?!!! I get such joy when director's cuts include Brad's disembodied voice occasionally reacting in the background.
Please do more! I have not laughed so hard in such a long time. 💙💙 Even if it weren’t a super regular thing. I remember watching (and loving) this movie as a kid in the 90s. So fun(ny) to pull it apart. xD
Yes! More Cinema Therapy After Dark, please!
GOD PLEASE I NEED MORE CINEMA THERAPY AFTER DARK
I feel so called out by the polar express thing because it's one of my favorite christmas movies... though, granted, I know I'm biased becuase I focus on the music and that one is Alan Silvestri's masterpieces. My kids love it.... Yes, the animation has aged horribly, it probably wasn’t great when it came out, which I didn't know because I was like 13 or something... lol Anyway, feel free to tear it down, this one was a great laugh and surely bald cartoonish Tom Hanks will be as well....
I couldn't stop laughing, I was getting lightheaded! More please!!
Loved this! I want more!
Yes to more Cinema Therapy After Dark! And yes to The Polar Express!
I would love to see more of these.
YES!!! More Cinema Therapy After Dark!!! I am in!!! 🤩 I also looooove expressing through sound effects. So, thank you David! 😂
KEEP THIS SHOW GOING!!!! I'm about 8 mins in and I'm DYING please keep this going
So this had me CRYING 🤣
Loved this SO much, but I do wish Jono had been able to finish talking about how to de-escalate Sinbad’s character bc even though this movie is a joke, there are a lot of people out there like this , and after running into a few of them, this is a situation I would like to know how to handle safely.
BTW! I found you guys' Die Hard episode, last night! Loved it! Greatest action movie ever made!
Banger
I feel like its worth noting those cops aren't dead. They show the police chief covered in black soot like immediately after. Not to take away from the fun serial killer head Canon. As far as sinbad's character knows, that head Canon is still plausible.
Yes MORE!!!!!
YES PLEASE DO MORE! This was incredible!
This was hilarious. Must do more.
I love this. Please do more of these. It's your version of MST3K
I just rewatched "The FIfth Element" and I think it's a perfect fit for this new series :D I still love the movie, and I think has some random good things, (not clockwork script, but a funtionalfun script; has quick pays off al the time; some fun on the cuts ans so on) Then the relatonship suck, cause there isn't one but they love each other for some reason. But still, love saved the world and that remained a great scene (cause close ups) Also, OMG the sexism.... but Lello was still cool, Bruce Willis learned about consent and everyone else was a creep :D Iconic music, iconic characters, it was a fun rewatch but not family friendly so waiting my son is 18 or something
Is that one considered a bad movie? I love it lol
If there was a polar express after dark video it'd be funny to try and figure out an in universe reason for why nearly all the adults are voiced by Tom Hanks.
Omg, this is great! I’ve been wondering how to potentially subject you to Repo: The Genetic Opera. Not a bad film just really, really dark comedy.
Yes please more!
Ok I just watched this now and yes. Regular series when? The Polar Express episode will be haunting 😌
I am in the MORE PLEASE!! group, which is definitely the majority. This would be a great addition to your content.
Yes! Please make more.
Yes, do more of these videos! I laughed so hard! Do one with Die Hard!
but they kind of have one with die hard.. or could it be worse? xD
I’m aware it’s an option to not do this again. It’s also one I’m opposed to. This was hilarious, please more of this!
Yes, yes, more of this!
Keep doing these!!! I couldn't stop laughing during the filmmaking take on the thermos!
Do more! Do one on Battlefield Earth!
I NEED more of these omg 🤣🤣 this was fantastic and I can't wait for more episodes, I love it so much
Pleeeeeease never stop doing these! Absolutely this should be its own channel 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I want so much more of this
My heart STILL aches for the loss of Phil Hartman. What a golden voice, and singularly delightful presence.
More!!!
More! More! More!
This was chaotic and I loved every minute of it
Definitely more CT After Dark! Zardoz next?
More please!!! And I humbly suggest a film called Lone Star State of Mind for the terrible movie roster. It has the Gary Burtier (sp?) actor from Remember the Titans, and it hurts to see the fall in dignity. 😂
So amazing. I laughed so much.
Yes. More please!
Yes, please make more! I know I'm gonna get some flak for this, but ... Point Break needs to be an After Dark episode 😈
Seriously, take my money. This is amazing
Love this! Keep doing After dark!

There's nothing more that I love than seeing people who are normally wholesome let loose a bit. I love this. This is great. MORE. Please and thank you 😇.
This was GOLD. For the love of god, let this series ROLL!
That was perfection. Now I need to watch this movie for the first time in 30 years. Put ze cookie down! Now!!
8:33 that’s so far passed the line that you can’t even see the line, the line is a dot to you!
This is hilarious! I need more of this lol!
This is amazing and should 10000000000% be a new series. Amazing!! Please more.
