DIRECTOR'S CUT: Psychology of a Hero: KORRA with Film Theory

How do you deal with the burden of expectations?

Licensed therapist Jonathan Decker and filmmaker Alan Seawright are joined by Lee from Film Theory to take a look at Korra’s hero journey from The Legend of Korra. They discuss how Korra moves past her insecurities and the weight of expectations and trauma. And Lee gets vulnerable about hitting rock bottom like Korra and where you go from there.
