Abdiel Adames (Mr.AAA) — BRICKCRAFT TEAM
Hello everyone!
Some of you may already know me, while others may not, so let me introduce myself.
I’m the artist in charge of the visual and artistic development of BRICKCRAFT. Currently, my main focus is on preserving the essence and vision of its original creator, our friend Alex Testria.
I have over 9 years of experience in the video game and modding industry, working primarily in 3D modeling, PBR materials, texturing, and video game content creation, especially within the Minecraft ecosystem.
Guys and girls!
I know it has been a very long time.
Although we haven’t been able to make as much progress as we would have liked, we are finally finding a workflow that is helping us move forward with the development of BC (BrickCraft).
Within BRICKCRAFT, my role is to transform ideas and concepts into functional 3D assets that are visually consistent with the vision Alex would have had if he were here with us.
I take care of every stage of the process, from modeling and materials to the final presentation, making sure everything fits together with the artistic direction of the project.
As you can imagine, this is a huge challenge.
Thankfully, we have Aleina helping us with this!
She knew Alex much better than we did and has a much deeper understanding of the vision he had for the project.
Thanks to her, we are making this possible! ❤️
BrickCraft 3.0
BrickCraft 3.0 was quite an interesting update, and it laid the foundation for understanding what we needed to work on within our development system in order to start adapting to future updates.
This happened because Alex was an independent creator with a workflow and development system that he had mastered perfectly, but one that I initially found difficult to fully understand.
However, I’ve been adapting to his workflow and, at the same time, I’ve also been designing many new ideas for future BC updates.
I truly hope you’ll love everything we have been thinking about and preparing for you!
There is still a lot ahead of us, but we are finally moving forward. 🚀
Apologies!
I want to keep this part separate because I feel that we owe all of you a huge apology.
Especially to the wonderful and supportive group of people who have continued to support the project through Patreon.
2026 was not an easy year for me.
I had to face several different obstacles and difficult situations that made it challenging to keep moving forward.
But I managed to overcome each and every one of them.
And that’s what brought me here today — continuing the work on BrickCraft and helping us move closer to making BrickCraft 3.1 a reality.
For now, I’ll say goodbye with a big hug to all of you.
But this isn’t the end!
Very soon, we’ll have DevBlogs featuring new content for BrickCraft, so I hope you’re ready for everything that’s coming!
Thank you all for your patience, your support, and for continuing to believe in BrickCraft.
