Patreon Updates Starting NEXT MONTH

Hi everyone, we’re making some additions and changes to the Patreon rewards starting NEXT MONTH! In the list below, I’ll outline the new stuff coming to each tier level:

Beans - $2

We’re adding a new segment to our streams called the Fan Art Five, where each week we’ll highlight five pieces of Drawfee-related fan art submitted by YOU! Starting at the very lowest tier, you’ll have access to a new discord channel for sending in your fan art specifically to be shown on stream. Be sure to include whatever socials you’d like us to shout out!

Porflings - $5

We’re bringing back a classic feature that has been absent for years: DRAWFFICE HOURS! At this tier, you’ll get access to a discord channel that opens once per month, and all of us hosts will be present to chat with y’all for about an hour! Timing of the Drawffice Hours will be announced at the start of each month, because we want to move the time around so supporters in different time zones have a chance to participate.

Room Full of Vampires - $15

Nothing specifically new for this tier, but you will of course gain access to the bonuses from the lower tiers to enjoy!

Book Club Initiates - $25 

We’re making some changes to the way we do Draw Class; namely we’ll be focusing much more heavily on critique streams, since those tend to be the most popular with y’all and they’re fun for us to do as well. As a part of this change, we’re lowering the price to WATCH those streams live down to this tier! We think this will breathe some new life into the draw class chat, and let more people see how our critique streams typically operate. Win-win!

Can You Believe to Learn - $50

Since we’re lowering the price to watch our draw class streams, this tier is now reserved for actually SUBMITTING your work to be critiqued! We’re hoping this tier can be one that people will pop up to here and there whenever they’d like to submit a new piece for the stream. To facilitate this, we’ll make a new discord channel specifically for art critique submissions.

Doodle Drawficionados - $100

These two top tiers are where we’ve needed to make some changes to protect our own sanity. This tier was originally supposed to provide you with quick doodles, similar to what we would draw on a notecard at a convention. However, the amount of time and effort we’ve been devoting to these has been steadily increasing, and now they’re much more akin to full black-and-white commission pieces. In an effort to correct this, we’ve renamed the tier to DOODLE Drawficionados (as a reminder to us), and we’ll only be taking doodle requests in specific categories that each host chooses. Those will be as follows:

• Nathan - Creatures (real/fictional/prehistoric)

• Jacob - “Little Guy” versions of your OCs or favorite characters

• Julia -  Dramatically lit men, strange monsters, Kermit

Drawnnoisseurs - $500

Instead of a “spicy” tier, this tier is now where our previous style of commission will live. We’ve increased the price to better reflect the time we would typically spend on them, and you will be able to request anything you’d like from the host of your choice. Please be aware that these are still black-and-white drawings, and we will not be taking notes during the process. We hope that this change will make this type of reward more sustainable for us, as these drawings were occupying a larger portion of our time than we originally considered they would.
