Progress Update - Episode 17 - Info

Hey everyone,

The release of episode 16 is finished, and it's almost time to start working on the next update. I'm taking this week to start preparing everything, and work on the next episode will officially start next week. It's been a while since I've created renders, so it might take a bit until I'm back in the flow/rhythm.

Now, some info about 17. The initial plan was to create the days from Friday to Sunday in the story. But that would mean a huge update again. I'm talking at least twice the size of 15. That would just take way too long. So I'm debating now where I'm going to make the cut. It's either after the relay tournament or include the full Saturday. Which will add 2 more huge scenes and several smaller ones. I'll probably make the decision once the relay tournament scenes are finished and how long I've been working on that update by then.

What will 17 be about? Mostly the relay tournament. And since it's not actually a spoiler anymore, I can give more info during the progress updates about what's to come.
The tournament itself will already be a lot of work because of all the branching possibilities. There was the decision if either Layla or Tori will go. Then all the different possible relationship statuses with the girls. Who are you friends with, who are you dating, are you cheating and so on... It's not going to be the easiest to not forget any of the routes. Will there be a route where MC won't be going and TJ will take his place? Will previous choices have effect on the outcome? How many different outcomes? I think you get the picture. It will take quite a few weeks to finish all that. But I'm looking forward to it.
