WATCH ALONG: Bring It On

I know not intentional; but one of my fave parts that you missed/didn’t comment on was that Torrence put Cliff’s song “You’re Just What I Need” in their final routine. So amazing and romantic. Obsessed.

Anyone else reading this, can I get backup on having Ashleigh watch 'Not Another Teen Movie' now?

Nothing beats those late 90’s/early 00’s movie, especially the teen movies and romcoms. I’ve never seen the other Bring It On movies, so I can’t comment on how good they are, I just know that the original cast aren’t in them, which was why I never had any interest in watching. 😬 I love Eliza Dushku, and I hate that her experiences in Hollywood were so bad that she left acting entirely. I think it’s awesome that she went on to become a therapist and mental health advocate, and all the great work she does, but I do miss seeing her on screen, too.

I had forgotten how great this movie is. Its like all the best parts of 2000s teen movies and I had a great time watching lol.

Lots of Buffy in this movie. Clare Kramer was Glory the God from season 5. She wasn't Harmony. Kinda close though. Of course Eliza Dushku as Faith. Also the Asian actress (ahhhh can't remember character name) she was from Buffy as one of the Cordettes. Happy you love this film. The sequels are not worth a darn
