UNCENSORED ACCESS: REPO: The Genetic opera

Oh and if you have access to the commentary tracks, they're worth listening to. It's basically them chatting and taking the piss out of each other. There's a separate commentary track with just Paris and Darren.
Such a great musical! Sarah Brightman (famous singer) played Meg & Rotti is played by Paul Sorvino-actress Mia Sorvino's Dad-an actual opera singer. Tony was a brilliant actor & lovely human; he will be missed.
It was originally a stage music, in the style of Rocky Horror Show. People dress up for the stage productions in the same way. Paris basically playing herself in this movie is one of the things that's always amused me. A lot of the clothes the extras are wearing were donated to the production by her. She reputedly memorized the script while she was in jail for her DUI, because she really wanted to play the role. And yes, she had a sex tape. The guy playing GraveRobber is Terrance Zdunich. He wrote it. He also created all the comic book art for the movie, because he's also a comic book artist. Blind Mag was played by Sarah Brightman, she created the role of Christine in the Phantom of the Opera musical (she used to be married to Andrew Lloyd Webber as well). Rotti is Paul Sorvino, who played Paulie in Goodfellas. Pavi is Nivek Ogre, he's a musician and part of Skinnypuppy. Shilo is Alexa Vega; she played the daughter in Spy Kids. One of the female security guards is actually the director's wife. The director is better known for his work on the Saw movie sequels. You should watch "The Devil's Carnival" and "Alleluia! The Devil's Carnival" at some point, few of the same cast members crop up, plus some other well known people...if you move in the right fandoms. And check out the "American Murder Songs" videos on YouTube that Terrance co-did with Saar Hendelman - few famous guest spots in those too, again if you move in the right fandoms.
So here for this one.

If you haven’t already, you should look up Anthony Stewart Head playing Frank-N-Furter in a live performance of Rocky Horror. He crushed Sweet Transvestite. Also he’s phenomenal in Ted Lasso.
Ted Lasso would not have been as good as it was without Head's marvelously smarmy villain.
