I understand you having a hard time recognizing people. So the big change is the Studio. Before Season 4, the Series was produced by studio WIT. Season 4 switched to studio MAPPA. And Mappa's approach to it is a closer adaptation to the original Magga source material.

They were chanting Shinzo wo sasageyo = "Dedicate your hearts" This was originally the Survey Corps' expression of self-sacrifice. Erwin used that phrase quite a lot through the past 3 seasons (and part of the chorus to an earlier opening song). It was a phrase that that carried a lot of tragedy: your life is precious, and nevertheless I am asking you to give it. By this episode, you see this phrase become a political slogan shouted by people celebrating violence against their own government. The object of the sacrifice has also changed. What was once a cause for humanity and freedom beyond the walls is now a movement towards Paradis, Eren, and survival of their own people. The words haven't changed, but the meaning has: a saying for people offering their own lives is now being used to celebrate the taking of someone else's. Try to keep your ears open for the phrase!

Just two minor things you "missed": 1. The family, who is sasha's family, got invited to the restaurant by Nicolo, the person who fell in love with Sasha 2. She's not the Jaw titan, but the Cart titan :)

I'm really happy you recognized early on that that girl was the one that was saved by Sasha, however in addition to that, you missed that the ''father'' of those orphans is Sasha's dad who at Sasha's funeral was invited by Niccolo to his restaurant. At the end of the episode you are shown them going to said restaurant, and the scene happened in a montage voiced over by Hange talking about a worry of hers, that Yelena helped Marleyans get jobs in strange places like for example Niccolo at the restaurant. One thing you may have forgotten: the man who oversees the orphans including Kaya, is Sasha's father! Nicolo invited him and his family to eat at his restaurant to honor Sasha's memory. Also, yes, be sure to watch episodes 78, 79, and 80 all in one week!

The person Kaya and Gabi were staying with is Sasha family and that was Sasha’s Dad in the last episode. In s4 ep 9 niccolo invited Sasha’s dad to eat at his restaurant. That’s why they’re at the restaurant right now.

So the family looking after the orphans is led by Sasha's father. If you recall he was invited to dine 'on the house' by the marleyan chef at Sasha's funeral. That clips shows him bringing all the orphans with him to take up the offer 🙃
