This is an updated version of the mod by SHUSHU that I use in my own game and wanted to update for the new world introduced in Cottage Living. Unfortunately, SHUSHU is no longer modding for the The Sims 4, but her mods are available for other modders to pick up and update.

Fixed an issue that allowed Sims from other worlds to show up in Henford-on-Bagley to serve as "Gossipers" as part of a quest

Fixed an issue that would prevent yoga instructors from teaching class in the new Spa Day refresh.

Fixed an issue that would prevent apartment landlords from appearing when called to repair problems in apartments with the Needs TLC trait.

Fixed an issue that would prevent the Crumplebottoms and other Finchwick Village NPCs from appearing in the world.

Fixed an error that would occur for players without Spa Day, Get Together, or City Living installed.

This mod limits walkby Sims and visitors on a lot to those living in that world (i.e. only Willow Creek residents will show up at Willow Creek venues, only Sims that live in San Myshuno will appear as vendors/bartenders/etc. in San Myshuno).
Certain situations are exempt from this, where it would make sense for Sims to be traveling or for gameplay reasons (e.g. festivals, tourists, retail venues, restaurants).
Note: If there are not enough Sims in the world to fill a necessary role, the game will automatically generate homeless Sims who live in that world. Sims generated this way will remember their world, and will keep showing up there. Homeless sims will not get generated infinitely, but this mod will very likely increase the population in your save file.
This mod isn't likely to conflict with other mods because of how SHUSHU designed the script. There are no direct overrides.
Install instructions
Extract the files from the zip archive. Add the package and ts4script file to your Sims 4 Mods folder or a subfolder which is only one deep.
Requirements
This mod only requires the Base Game.

Hi, can we please get an eta on when you are going to update this mod for Enchanted By Nature? If you are not going to, can you please let somebody else do it? Ill do it for free if it means I can play my game. We should not have to wait weeks for updates. You are 100% entitled to a life etc but you should have procedures in place for when youre unavailable. This is really unacceptable. You said 15th at the earliest and have ignored comments for the past week other than to call us all " entitled" - like, are you going to update or not? We just had a MAJOR pack update an none of us can play our games. I have a 7 year old save i want to continue and i cant because sims are popping up where they shiukdnt be, I am not willing to start a new game when im not even going to continue it once you update. This is becoming ridiculous. And when anybody says something you dont like we get banned or muted. Why do you not have people to update your stuff while youre away? Im really not trying to be rude and I love your work etc but like... come on now. At least give us a heads up. When are you updating?
And I really am not trying to be rude, I just like to be to the point and I say what I'm genuinely thinking. Im a 37 year old dude Im not looking to be arguing etc etc but I do think it reasonable that you keep us updated considering we pay you on here. And yes, I know nobody is forced blah blah and im not expecting you to not have a private life etc etc but you offer a service here and I honestly cannot play my game without your home regions mod. I want to try the new pack, and having to wait this long just for an update is frustrating. And as I said, im serious about wprking with you and updating your mods for free when youre away if you need an extra pair of hands. I have been thinking about getting into modding myself for a while, there are some spells I want to create, and im happy to help. Your work is awesome and im not out here looking to piss you off or anything. But I am gonna be honest and i dont beat around the bush. The radio silence and calling us entitled especially after 99% of the comments were telling you take your time, was just uncalled and it really pissed me off tbh. There's just no need for it. Expecting to have regular updates ON TIME isn't too much to ask. I run three businesses so I know the amount of energy it takes, but i make sure to cover stuff that needs to be done if im not around. Thats just basic. You cant leave your customers (because that's what we are) hanging like this. Its not fair.
