Mod Updates 4/3/26

Just a couple of fixes for my mods today.

🔼 Home Regions has been updated:

• Fixed an error that would occur if custom occult types were installed

• Fixed an issue with simfilter-based settings that would block NPC townies from showing up in certain situations (such as active careers or small businesses)
