🌟 New Civic Policies is now available for everyone! Thank you to everyone who provided feedback during the Beta and Early Access periods.

 This mod extends and enhances the Neighbor Action Plan system introduced in the Eco Lifestyle expansion pack. It introduces over 20 new policies with a wide variety of brand new effects, as well as tweaks and broadening of the existing policies. Some are broadly beneficial, others are more niche, and a few come with sometimes significant drawbacks. All of them together should allow you to diversify your neighborhoods and give them all their own unique character.

🌟 new mini-mod: Winterwood

(Requires Life & Death and Seasons)

This mod changes the winter behavior in Ravenwood to allow snow and make trees drop their leaves. During all other seasons, Ravenwood will have autumn colors.
