Patreon Update (check description)
Here's how you can solve the pledging issue.
1. Call your bank, and tell them the Patreon charge is not a fraud and to let it go through
2. Use PayPal to transfer funds. PayPal works fine.
3. Retry your credit card first. If it doesn't work, do 1 or 2.

I’m unable to use it for some reason my card keeps getting declined
I got texted by my bank. Verified/told it to auto okay from there. I will never abandon the lewds!!
