Like her brother, Jovi is prickly.
And Raina's not phased by it.

Guard in the back is one of Jovi's personal guards. He'll have more appearances later. There are very few women in the Oasi militia, so the ones that make it in (especially higher ranked officers) are required to have specialized bodyguards.
