Fireclaw Behemoth - First Look
Hello Patreons,
We're pleased to reveal to you all the Fireclaw Behemoth! This is a first look (early access) exclusive to Dragon tier subscribers so please don't share in Discord. The concept may be slightly different than the final world reveal coming very soon as we continue to polish the background of the image.
We spent a lot of months working on this concept. The initial paper doodles for this were that of a large flying fire breathing dragon. But as we have seen in the Beta, a spawnable class 8 Behemoth that could fly would be too overpowered so we had to clip it's wings. This also helped to make it on equal footing with the Behemoth Ice Drake which will be it's natural antagonist. Just as the Ice Drakes are vulnerable to fire, the Fire Drakes will be vulnerable to frost. Both will have equal growth times, the male/female rarity will be switched, and both will be unlockable in game, the Icehorn via gameplay, and the Fireclaw via DLC which will sell for $9.99 USD. Upon concept reveal, pre-orders will be available on our website for 14% OFF.

It was a mistake. DLC emote pre-orders are 20% off, DLC dragons are 14% off.

Yuuusssss, ROCKIN that skin!! The fire claw has come so far from concept to near-release now; I really love all the TLC that goes into making these dragons.
Props to Karta, who's refreshed design concept (the top drawing pictured is the old design) pretty much saved this dragon. 😅
