Fireclaw Behemoth Latest WIP with Detailing
Here is a look at our current progress with the new Fireclaw Behemoth. We have been making various tweaks and adding more details to the 3D model. For armor details, we are using the Alligator Snapping Turtle Shell Plates as a reference as these are the most similar type of armor found in nature. Once we are happy with it, we will send it to Rigging to have a test rig and walk animation made to see if the legs are long enough and body proportions are correct, then we will begin modeling it.

I really like how this dragon is coming along! Keep up the great work! I think the back legs look a lil thin to be supporting the body if the tail is going to stay up like that maybe by adding more muscle or making the legs slightly longer might work.

She is a terror tank and I love her! Perhaps a more gorilla-type walk is in her future with such big claws. I don't see the fireclaw worrying about tail-bitters with such a thickly armored tail!
For such long front claws, I’d make the front arms a little thinner. He may need to stand a little straighter too. Kinda like a therizinosaur.
I was literally thinking something just like this. Because it's so low to the ground the big/long arms have to be folded up and it looks funky.
I like it but I also think it’s a bit chunky, I personally like the more lean with armor look. I think if the head wasn’t as beefy I’d like it a bit more.

Quick question since I haven't been as up to date lately with the game. Is this replacing the winged fire behemoth?
Yes, a flying Behemoth is a bit too OP for the game so we clipped his wings. The flying giant dragon(s) we plan to add in the game won't be spawnable, but require a ton of work in game to acquire.
He looks a little clunky… but other than that the concept is great
Yes I agree, maybe because it’s forearms are a bit too big. But i do love the general look😁😁
