I wonder if the ai will also have a stun 🤔
I usually put purely positive comments 😬 but I’m actually not super impressed by this one. I feel like he needs to look like he’s kind of bracing himself. The inferno shock animation looks amazing, you see the lock and brace and then the relief once released. This just looks like he wiggles around a little. Idk, I think it can be better.
I feel like that might be because the Inferno Ravenger moves its "arms" and legs outwards from a standing "Normal" position to brace itself and then back to that normal position while the flame stalker just stays in place, and does not move its legs outwards or repositions itself to brace itself
Yeah, I agree that this is done purely for effect and visual cue. Their only other option is to make the model 'tense up' and go into a rigid ragdoll state. It would be more realistic, but then they'd need to make numerous 'get up' animations to account for the player getting back up, which is picked depending on how the model ended up falling over.
I feel like maybe the wing membranes should open out and back a little since electricity affects all the muscles
But the wing membranes are not muscle. It would definitively effect the larger muscle groups in the wings but not specifically the skin in between. Realistically electricity locks your entire body, giving you little to no control so there shouldn't be a whole lot of movement in the first place (especially that back leg) but this is a game aimed for all ages so I see why they went with this stylized approach.
He got the hime-jibes
