[MOD NEWS] Game Patch 1.122 [UPDATED]
UPDATE: A new patch (1.122.212) has now been released that fixes the issues with mods not loading.
I also managed to test all my mods, and they all seems to be running fine - no LE or other errors - but if you find any bugs, please let me know.

TL;DR: MODDING ITSELF IS BROKEN!!!
JESUS CHRIST, EA, WHAT THE EVER-LASTING SH_T HAVE YOU DONE THIS TIME!!!!
I CAN'T TELL IF MY MODS ARE BROKEN OR NOT, because MOST OF MY STUFF AREN'T EVEN BEING LOADED into the game. :/
Sooo... this is where we are at the moment:
❌ The following mods could not be tested as they can not be fully loaded into the game at the moment:
CinErotique, Sensual Studio, Plumbob Duels, More Mannequin Poses
✅ Easel Art Catalog: is working though... don't know why.
According to some reports, the issue could be with changes how the game reads the Mods folder, as it extends to not even just tuning mods, but to plain old CC as well, so yeah, that should give you a clue of how messed up things are. :(
Sadly I can't really do anything until they sort out this issue, or at least someone finds out what's causing mod packages not loading in properly after this patch.
I'll keep you posted.
EDIT: I've found this post by an admin on the Sims4 Discord, so at least they know/working on it...

Ya….still not updating at least for a day or two on my main comp. Might do it on my laptop that I don’t have any mods on

Crazy they wouldn't realize before release their patch would literally break modding.
Yeah, i find this baffling as well. I mean it's not like they let some fringe cases slipping through - that would be understandable - but they managed to release an update that literally broke almost ALL mods/CC... they really should test for these kind of things properly.
Well, guess it's time for me to go out and touch grass! 🤪
Look on the bright side PECO.... at least sims 4 now has its own premium currency *rofl*
Thanks for your warning! You saved as others saved my game before I updated today, that's safe to go crazy if I lost all my current game.
Just buy our (not really) CC, you don't need the free market!! (and by free market I don't mean I'm against donating or otherwise voluntary financial support of modders. I mean free of EA's control).

I wouldn't go that far as to say it was intentional, as it's the modding that keeps this game alive - and EA very well knows that - but the update was certainly rushed/untested; which is equally lame from their part :/
