I need your help! (Content suggestions) 🎃
Hey friends! I may have bitten off a little more than I can chew this month (what else is new) and I need to think a little outside the box to find a substitute video topic 😅
I ultimately ended up deciding to take a little more time on Mothman because he is my cryptid lover and I don't want to rush through that one (hopefully the first video in that series will come out around the end of the month), but that means I have an extra video scheduled that I don't have a good topic for....anndd the end of the month is fast approaching with lots of business already.
I considered just cancelling this video, but I decided against for financial reasons. In future I'm really trying to cut down on my number of monthly uploads in order to focus mostly on quality, but that's a strong 2026 goal.
Basically, I don't want to phone this one in, but I also need a topic I can create and edit within around 3 days, maybe less 😅 I'd also love to keep this one to spooky season content since that's what I'm most excited about creating right now, so I'm all ears if y'all have some ideas!

Maybe something like spooky plush monsters or creatures made with mixed media ;part sewn, part hand-painted?
I watch your channel with my 10yo daughter and every time you show the clock she notes that it’s “very boring” and that you should decorate it with moss and mushrooms and nonsense. Maybe a good short project? :)

What if you did witch familiars? Like two pets that support two of your favorite witches you've drawn before?
Another idea which is potentially more chill but it sounds like you need a lil rest and self care, maybe u could have have a cozy Q&A, maybe do a few inktober prompt doodles (like not perfectionist but literally like doodles!!! Please take it easy!!), talk about some of Ur fave October traditions, or fall foods, or fav past spooky OCs, etc.
Maybe you could do a lil painting somewhere fun like a cafe or cool nature place? or spooky bob Ross tutorial? Or follow a different art style tutorial but make it spooky? Pumpkin carving ideas in the comments also seems rlly fun!! Maybe you could also do like custom mug/ceramic painting? Another suggestion (although idk if it's a 3 day thing but more of a sometime in the future thing) I feel like you would have fun learning like isometric pixel art!

Halloween crafts like banners or buntings and stuff? Maybe painting or stamping flags and such? I always love your linocut stamps, it’s just a really cool medium
Another idea would be diy potions. Get some glass bottles, grime them up, fill it with substance (cotton, dye and water for example, another one would be babyoil with glitter and pigment powder, the list goes on). Finish it up with a nice lable and a copious amount of hotglue :)
Another idea would be "last minute spooky costume" it's nothing new but fun in it's own way. Like go full gremlin search through your stash and smash it together in like a day
Actually, I'd love to see a sketchbook session video. They're how I discovered your channel in the first place and for a long, long time they were some of my favorite videos to put on as noise when i was drawing. It would also been cool to see something like a three marker challenge from you. (TOTALLY not biased toward traditional art videos here lol)
It isn't directly spooky season material but i would love some fellow orange feral cat contant. Like decorating a food bowl ror him!
My go to are funky throw pillows. Some fabric, some stuffing and just freestyle a leaf, a succulente or the cosmic form of a black cat for example!
Timed drawing challenge of some sort. The deadline is built in, it would be fun and there is nothing spookier than a deadline.

Some Halloween decor? Maybe some little guys that are designed to interact with your existing decor like climbing on your shelves, hanging from the curtains, sitting on the tops of door frames etc. Like your house has been invaded by a squad of halloween themed borrowers 😅

Pumpkin carving would be fun and can be done in one day. Fast, easy, and seasonably appropriate. 🎃
