Hey slack this weekend there's an online beta on steam for the new boxing game undisputed (previously ESBC). It would be cool if you checked it out and gave your thoughts.
This feels good to see. In the simplest sense, I think WB just showed his kickboxing experience over Holland. He has better games to play, better idea of where the next step is. It's really a shame kickboxing isn't more lucrative because WB would probably have been a legendary fighter if he stayed in that sport.
Was a pretty decent scrap. Both guys put on a show. I feel like it could have been a different story if Holland had not let him stand up on two occasions. Gentlemanly, perhaps, but not that smart in hindsight lol
Honestly, I was hoping this was going to be a swan song for Thompson. While he looked great in the fight, I’d much rather see him call it while he is on a win looking strong than after a loss under another grappler.
Excellent write up thanks for your work Jack!
Awesome analysis and thank you for the quick turnaround :)
Wonderboy looked fantastic but this was also a referendum on Holland's limitations as a fighter. Holland's got great gifts but his fight IQ and adjustments aren't there.
That was an amazing fight! Thanks for making what we witnessed last night that much clearer.
Great work!
Very strange formatting for the article long stretches of nothing after each photo on mobile
Looks fine on my phone.
And here I thought oh they're giving Holland a break.
yeah, a break in three knuckles
