I was thinking of the oldest fighter that I could name who fit your description of a front-foot counter puncher, with power in both hands, and I think it's Joe Louis. Jack Dempsey did it before Louis, but more crudely and with more flawed ring cutting, and Henry Armstrong did it better, but just a few years after Louis, and grew into it as a style, whereas Louis started off more or less fully formed.
