YT channel deleted (EDIT - IT WAS REINSTATED!)
EDIT 2: MY YT channel was reinstated! Thank you so much once again for all your support and kind words. They truly helped me get through this week when it felt like my life's work (in a way) was all gone.
I'm still angry about the AI checks and getting banned after just 1 Strike. It was definitely too quick and too harsh, with automated checks and an automatic rejection of my appeal... The stress alone probably took a year off my life ^^;
At the same time, your words of support and simply having you here in the first place were and ARE a godsend. Your patronage here is the only reason I've been a full-time content creator for over 6 years now. But I also need my YT channel for visibility and my SFW content... That's how most of you first discover me. So I'll be even more careful going forward (although, to be clear, the video that received the Strike was not sexual, and the Strike itself was eventually reversed... but now I have a better idea of what kinds of sounds to avoid on YT to reduce the risk of faulty AI strikes). I really don't want a repeat of this.
Now that the dust has settled, I'll be back to recording and editing in full swing. I'm sorry this caused another semi-hiatus, but I promise I'm back in business.
Poland is experiencing very high temperatures right now, but it should get better soon, so I should be able to turn off all the fans and get more recordings done. With the help of my editors, we'll catch up soon.
I appreciate you more than I can put into words. Thank you for making it possible for me to turn something I truly love into my full-time job. Thank you for listening, for being here, and for allowing me to help you relax, unwind, and escape from the stresses of everyday life, even if only for a little while.

As you can tell my the title… My YT channel was deleted. I don't want to speculate why and I'm scared to think about what I will do going forward.
Patreon is my main source of earnings and the fact that there is so many of you here is the only solace right now.
I'm going to fight this. If it won't work… I'm going to try to rebuild.
Nevertheless.. It feels so unfair it makes me slowly die inside.
I intended to record today but I need at least a day or two to try to recollect myself. I'm waiting for official YT reply to my appeal... Until they come back to me I have this sliver of hope, but it also makes it that much harder to try and do anything. I feel paralised.
I will continue work behind the scenes and continue to work on audios as soon as possible. There is many things in the works and I promise you there are things to look forward too.
Most of my old videos are thankfully backed up here and on my disc, the ones that aren't here I will slowly upload as audios here as well.
If there was a time you wondered about subscribing... this is the only time I will ask like this.

It's one thing for YouTube to have a bad moderation bot, but then they give that bot the authority to give strikes and potentially ban channels ?? Even if a human is involved, no one should have the authority to ban a channel after just one strike, unless it was for clearly illegal content, which vaguely romantic roleplays definitely are not.

I'm so tired of ASMR creators being harassed by YouTube's awful AI algorithm. It is ruining everything. It's not just the ASMR creators either, the history YouTubers not being able to discuss difficult subjects without demonetization or deletion, gaming YouTubers not being able to swear or show as much violent content, vtubers being banned for supposed "sexual content" when all they're guilty of is having large boobs on their model. I could go on with more examples but I feel like the point is made. YouTube is ruining itself through censorship and mismanagement and I hope to God that some other competing companies start gaining more attention so we're not stuck with YouTube anymore. I'm really sorry this happened and we'll support you as much as possible.
To my knowledge you need like 10k reactions or similar on twitter for youtube to actually take it seriously. I've most seen the huge youtubers recommend hiring botting companies to do this. (Game Theory, Markiplier are my source of info here)
I'll still support as best as I can your stuff helps me sleep and its sad that I have had multiple people I watch have their channels removed on YouTube and all that it makes me sad to say that

Ahh noo! I'm sorry :( I hope you can recover your channel! I've listened your videos almost every day. I'll continue listening here. Is there anything the ASMR community can do ? Maybe start a petition so youtube would be at least be more graceful with ASMR creators?
For now, i'd reccomend giving RPlay a shot (if you haven't already). Definitely on the niche side (especially outside of south korea and Japan), but it's a great platform for asmr, audio roleplay, and even cosplay and general vtuber content.

Oh my fucking GOD, WTH, I thought I was high or something when I checked YT tonight. Youtube feels like a fucking cesspool of disappointment and sorrow with all these new guidelines, regulations and AI taking over every single interaction dealing with channels. It feels like there aren’t any real humans to check these things anymore, the fact we put so much trust in technology and AI to do our jobs for us (even when said AI does that same job wrong) pisses me off. Fuck Youtube.
No doubt this is similar to the downgrading of Amazon affiliate links on book clubs that have "undesirable" content for example 2 lesbian girls holding hands on the beach. The Government likes this sort of (lets not beat around the bush) censorship - they wouldn't want anyone to have any original, artistic or "different" thinking now would they? Google, owners of YT, are no different I imagine. Congratulations for hassling them. I am even more glad to be a paid member now ha ha ha. Okay, now I'm REALLY glad that I use YT-DLP to archive the content of ASMR channels I like. YouTube keeps doing this unilateral channel deletion garbage and so much content gets lost to time.

This has been happening to a lot of my friends and my favourite ASMRtists and it's going to continue unfortunately. Best thing I can recommend you do is back up your content here, and/or find a place you can safety upload without it being taken down. Apparently YouTube AI hears breathing and thinks it's sexual content now.
I am so sorry Pink. I can only imagine how hard this is for you and how stressful the fight is going to be. I know I will, and I'm confident many of your other fans will continue to support you on here regardless. I remember discovering your YT channel 6 or so years ago when I was going through the darkest and worst part of my life. I was battling severe depression and your "sleeping next to your gf" videos were the only things that helped me sleep, and your characters like Belle and Sasha put a smile on my face in my darkest times. I'm not going to trauma dump, but I want you to know that your content means a lot to your fans and me especially. I'll continue to support for as long as possible and I genuinely hope that you win your battle with YT.
Another VTuber ASMRtist was also hit with a termination to both her accounts about two days ago but the appeal was accepted after nothing bad was found. Looks like the AI reviewer is spazzing out again on any micro infraction it sees. Don't give up hope yet.

Jesus, take as much time as you need, I hope this all ends up just being some sorta mistake termination and that they give you the channel back. Probably sounds kinda sappy but even though I only recently subbed to you on here I've been listening to that one video of your's, the hour-long sleep asmr video with rain sounds, for about 5 or 6 years now ever since I got outta the military and its really helped me through some tough nights. Crazy to think that it's just gone now (at least off of YouTube, anyway.)

AI moderation is a whole scam. I am so sorry you're having to deal with this right now. I've been listening to your stuff the whole 6 years, and it saddens me that so much genuinely incredible stuff you've made is just gone due to some arbitrary nonsense from them. Im genuinely sorry to hear that but maybe it is an issue on YouTube's end because another creators channel that makes content similar to yours was deleted but then reinstated like 1 and a half or 2 days later. Maybe their AI false flagged you or something? I really hope you get reinstated.
It might be AI or it might be malicious actors exploiting YouTube's flawed reporting system.
