15 bass sounds for Serum for you guys – get them here!
(once again pls dont share the link, but do give a friend a nudge to join!)
What kind of stuff is it?
Well, let's say that if you know my music, one might say these are the kind stuff I use in my music, heh.
Personally I don't like extra-angry Skrillexy schtuff, but I can appreciate a good sub with some nice added harmonics.
Kind of nineties / jungley / housey.
Play them at C0 or C1 to get the best result.
Also, do add some harmonics and roast them a bit further if you wish.
You can get a nice free "RoastRack" I did for Ableton Live here.
COMING SOON: video on how to roast basses nicely with Fabfilter Saturn!
PS: How to install Serum presets:
In Serum, click Menu (top right) then Show Serum Presets folder.
Go to Presets -> User folder
Drag and drop the presets into the folder.

I knew this was going to be a slippery slope. I'm still using my old copy of Reason 4. Itching to hear these tho (fingers drumming) 😆
Now that I think of it, I could easily make those into wav files…coming before the week is over :)
