Master of the Desert Moveset (CC #1)

CC or Community Commission, is a moveset decided by people's vote, if you want to participate in this dynamic, that is what I will do so as not to completely stray from the commissions, basically you comment on which moveset you would like to see so that later among the most liked a survey is made to decide which will be the next one, then we move on to the donation phase where everyone can donate until reaching an established amount and I make that moveset (here are more info https://www.patreon.com/posts/community-1-135879931)
