Sephiroth Moveset

It has become one of my favorites from Final Fantasy VII and I wanted to do it for Xenoverse

big thanks to keku for allowing me to use the sephiroth katana model he made: (This doesn't work with this moveset) https://www.patreon.com/posts/one-winged-blade-97659883

This wouldn't be the same without the DB Legends animations ported by Kristal: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1yhTOYDWpdt3toRpm8gF_kkhMlXm9FxW5

• I've changed the fire ki blast projectile to the same one as the heavy alt 3. I hope this fixes the crash.

• Changed the ending animation for the light alt 3/octoslash.
