Well the weekend is officially here and I'm sat here listening to my neighbours music (The Beatles) air drying my hair sat under the parasol that shanked me yesterday. There is literally zero wind and it really is a lovely sunny afternoon 🤭
Not sure what the weekend has in store for me yet, how about you? Actually , now I think about it I do have circuit training this eve...... Which is totally paying off at the mo. I mean, in yesterday's video I could have swore I saw the start of actual abs 💃💃💃💃

Not for me but there was some damage from the storms. Living in Oklahoma does have its downside but image the wind speed it takes to suspend a softball sized ball of ice. The formation of the clouds sorry going on a rant about living here. XOXO Dale
Lovely hearing from you and the workouts are doing the job. The weekend is not shaping up too well here. Severe thunderstorms and big damaging hail (golf ball sized). So I'm staying in and staying weather aware for the most part. XOXO Dale
