EA and cc
Most of you have probably heard about the latest back and forth about mods and cc. Honestly I missed most of it since my real life job was very demanding in the past weeks. What I got is that EA is fine with early access, at least for now.
I think early access is something all parties can agree with and its an overall good thing. THis means for me, I will no longer be able to provide the monthly exclusive. Honestly it did not make me happy anyway. I wanted to give my loyal patrons something special, but I kept getting messages that everyone else wanted the files as well. I will still try to find to give something special to those who subscribe for longer than just one month to grab everything, but havent figured out how and what this should be ( let me know if you have any ideas). Its so important to give you guys worth the money you spend and you dont know how much I appreciate your support. With out it I would not be able to spend so much time creating. I could not continue to pay for my Photoshop, Marvelous Designer and Substance Painter. Many people try to portrait cc creators on Patreon as greedy and money hungry. For myself I can tell you I work in the very much underpayed social field to help humans in most vulnerable situations everyday, Which is extremely draining and I dont think I will be able to do this for the rest of my life. I use a fair share of my income to support people or organisations. Greedy people usually find more lucrative things to spend their time on. But I dont like to talk about my real life, since I know we all have our struggles and problems, and I know some of you may have it much harder in life than me. I just want to give you a small idea of who is behind this Patreon.
It makes me sad reading the mean and disgusting comments that were made around this issue while it could be all very simple and peaceful. It shocks me how full of hate people have become about a topic with no serious relevance and it scares me where we are heading to as humans. Anyway, I did not want to write much about it, even though I have a lot in mind.
For now I will make all exclusives available to all tiers and public. I will make the archive available to all tiers and public as well (please give me some days for this task). Once a new set is released I will make one public ( this means there will be about a 2-3 weeks period for early access). I will make changes to the tiers in the next few days. As usual feel free to send me your suggestions or questions.

I had to stop supporting 95% of my patreons because my financial situation changed during quarantine and it hasn't recovered yet and it makes me really sad. Something that also makes me sad is the nasty behavior and entitlement of people from this community. I even left the sims group I was in on Facebook because people were talking too much shit against cc makers. As an artist, I find it very important to respect other people's work and that includes paying them for the time, talent and devotion they put into creating things that we enjoy. If I could go back to paying you full time I would. You're an amazing CC maker and I hope this policy update won't change your life situation too much so that we can keep on being blessed with your amazing content! <3
I am sorry to hear about your troubles. Unfortunately we live in rough times and I am afraid things will get worse. Its so true what you say and I have experienced the same. Some behaviour is so toxic that it makes me literally sick. Just yesterday I saw people in a thread on tumblr, talking about how I still want to give my Patreon something special and that I am only trying to find a loophole. Finally this Mack3030 person said It was my fault that I did not write my statement clearly and I should change it if I did not want anyone to report me. Can you imagine? But I feel sorry for them, they probably dont have any joy in life. I hope you will be in a much better situation soon and if you ever need or want anyting, or if its anything I can do, just send me a message...sending a a big hug <3
Patreon is supposed to be about supporting artists and creators (not just for the sims)... I'm here because you are amazing and awesome and marvelous! 🤗❣️☀️❣️🤗

I have been reading so many comments around the sims community on this issue. Such vicious and spiteful comments really does highlight how malicious people can be. Its not ok for anyone to treat people in this way, without respect, and it shows what kind of human beings they really are. You have been a kind and generous member of the sims community for as long as I can remember, so please dont pay any attention to such negative comments. I like early access and that can be positive though. Your Patrons are here to support the work that you do and what that brings to our game. I know you want to give something back to your Patrons, by doing an exclusive, and that is a kindness. But you already do something for us simply by creating what you do. Being a Patron is a choice to support you, and I will continue to do so ♥

I'm so sorry for everyone who had to deal with those disrespectful comments. So I'm extremely happy that you decided to keep going anyway! I always love your content, thank you so much for your incredible work! You wrote that you would still like to give something special to those who subscribe for several months. I was thinking maybe it doesn't even have to be something exclusive, but rather some influence on what you create next every now and then? Like creating two or three inspo boards for what you would like to create and make a poll for patrons to decide which set is gonna be next? But this is only an idea. It's important you look after yourself so I am happy to wait until you are able to work something out regarding your Patreon while still supporting you. If I come up with any ideas I will share. You are right, people are unbelievably toxic that's why it's important to minimise your own exposure to them where you can. Thanks for sharing your situation with us, it's always nice to know about the person behind the creations. Yes, maybe there are others out there that may have harder lives, and while it's unfortunate, I think it's important to also allow yourself the same empathy and understanding.
