SoulCalibur IV Recompilation - v0.9.0

This is a static recompilation of the Xbox 360 version of SoulCalibur IV.

This is very much a work-in-progress right now. There are some graphics oddities, and there's one crash that can happen during boot-up. Otherwise, though, it works well. I'll get back to this eventually and fix remaining issues while seeing if there's some new features I can add.
